I don't get it? What is the difference she still killed him! WTH

Now I really wonder what was 'inappropriate' with the no-show juror.

Quick OT.....Pistorius trial currently on HLN.. Interesting. But really really appreciate the US justice system.

Statesman Courts ‏@AustinCourts 4m
Arson is a first-degree offense, punishable by 5 to life in prison. Jurors given break until 1:30 pm before beginning punishment phase.

This verdict really makes no sense to me either.. her purchases sealed the fact that this was premeditated?!

How do you pour gasoline on someone, light them on fire and not be guilty of 1st degree murder? #PatelTrial

Exactly!

More info on missing juror: apparently there is an incident report with her name on it filed last night for "emotionally disturbed person."

Chris Sadeghi ‏@chrissadeghi 8m
@*** she is not missing.... Just not here. They apparently know their whereabouts.

Chris Sadeghi ‏@chrissadeghi 6m
Because of the arson conviction, there will be a punishment phase at 1:30pm.

Chris Sadeghi ‏@chrissadeghi 2m
5-99 years. RT @***: How much time is she facing?”

I expect to see a lenient sentence given to her. Probably the least possible with time served. Not what I want though. jmo
