I cannot imagine them not taking a damaged laptop although it is quite wrong seeming they haven't taken any of her devices or searched her pad. they ever let her leave the scene with at least one cellphone... that's whack!

I just understood what you are saying.

Perhaps the laptop they took on the warrant was the officer’s?

A weed grinder is not a crazy piece of paraphernalia. It's very common. Makes rolling joints easier so one can smoke a joint from bud not shake.

This is so stupid. She killed this man for no good reason. This victim slamming literally makes me nauseous.

It's a silly waste of time, honestly. Just a distraction from the killer-cop's lies and inconscient stories

Amber's story has always been consistent. It's the ham-fisted reporters like Eagar on twitter and the so-called witnesses who can't get their stories straight

I still want to know how she got back into Botham’s apartment after she was trotting up and down the hallway on her cellphone while waiting for the police and rescue to arrive.
Did she have a spare key due to moonlighting as security or did she prop the door open?
Either way she left a crime scene unsecured.

You can bet the attorney for Botham’s family will be bringing that up especially in light of the alleged pot find.

It's been a long time since I found a thread on webslueths actually sickening. I suggest blocking and not feeding the madness.

This character assassination over the VICTIM from the DPD is not surprising, but it's disgusting. Over weed? WEED? All that is evidence of is that he is a young man existing, because let me tell you...every manner of professional and respectable person smokes it here.

How you figure? With links, please. As also requested earlier regarding your assertion that she immediately provided cpr when she not only didn't do it immediately she didn't do it at all. Statements made as fact are expected to be supported by WS approved links. Per TOS.

Activists Shut Down City Council Meeting to Demand Police Review Board

This article is interesting, noting how they treated Officer Killer, as a "Police Officer Involved Shooting", right after the incident, letting the Killer go home.

How could this have been even remotely considered connected to work? Unless Officer Killer made it sound that way. Then, the next day the rest of the story came out.

I literally had uniformed law enforcement officers admire my husband's plants and ask all sorts of fertilizer questions. MJ is mainstream, peeps. We are well into the 21st century.

So how do you explain one story on the search warrant and another story on the affidavit?

She also wasn't giving him any first aid during that time! I think that shows disregard for his life right there (if it had been a mistake in the first place).

I believe these were her items that she dropped when she entered the apartment, not his

But were they OUTSIDE the apartment or INSIDE the apartment? Didn't she say she dropped items she was carrying prior to trying to open the door?

So how did LE find them inside the apartment?

Nothing in her statement is making sense to me

Also, if it was so dark in the apartment, how did she know if he was obeying her useless and invalid commands?

That was in the first statement.

Mr Jim, is there a Ms Jimette in your vicinity? Wondering what her opinion is, if any ;)
I'm a free thinker and salt hero. A real man-o-war's man. I call 'em like I see um. There is a gross negligence involved, granted, and her LE career is over. But this thread has turned into an emotional barbecue, many posters here cannot post without heat

This is an excellent point.

THIS has been my question too. We've seen the door slams. Was it propped open while she was pacing? When the police got there I'm assuming it was open somehow because we've learned he was farther into the apt. And if it was propped open then she knew the door closed on it's own. If it was closed then who had a key to open it? So many little details I want answers to.
