RW I have a few questions and have asked in previous posts, that you may have missed:
1. You've mentioned "assistance" in Brandon leaving "the scene" if he was "on the run" which would mean a car, or other mode of transportation, would have been needed for him to leave. Wouldn't that work both ways? He left the scene but not to be on the run but instead those he left with harmed him a number of miles away? Isn't that a possibility?
What do you hear on the 911 call?
A. Do you hear "There's one car here?"
B. Do you hear "we're not talking to em?" (As in plural that someone else is with BL?)
C. Do you hear another male voice saying "yeah" to the ambulance while BL says "no I need a cop?"
2. If LE believed BL was hiding, what was point to look for buzzards come morning? You said the tape was not reviewed for a number of days due to woman being out of office, so if that was the case and all MSM is saying (in early days) is that the call was merely for a stranded motorist who ran out of gas, why would buzzard awareness be in play? Especially when KL said BL "stepped away?"
3. Was LE aware at the stranded motorist call that the dispatcher heard "I ran into them?" Or was that not discovered until the review of the tape?
4. Was any other person with KL and A at the scene?
5. Do you agree with my previous comment that MSM SanAngeloLive cannot say a Press Release by the TxDPS if in fact their media dept. did not release an official PR and whatever they reported (You stated was given to them by the lead investigator) would be considered an email inquiry, or phone update, by the lead investigator and that it should not have been reported as a PR?
6. Was the 911 call sent to experts for voice interpretation? I agree it is garbled and frustrating which has led me to this case to begin with! I want to know exactly what he is saying!
Back to buzzards.
I. You spoke of watching for circling buzzards and that makes sense in the first 24 hours or so but I'm thinking that was not a real concern at onset. Am I correct?
II. A group of buzzards can devour an animal, or human, in a matter of hours so at this point between the summer heat, decomp and "feedings" why now? Not to be graphic, however, all that would remain are bones and tattered clothing and that could literally blend into the ground, trees, roots, shrubbery and possibly not even visible by aerial views.
Are you familiar with other cadavers found in Texas of those missing and not found for months, or even years, and all their clothing is in fact intact and "shards" we're not left around as clues? (Found in fields, not buried by foul play)
Are you familiar with FACTS at the University of Texas and their work with buzzards?
When you spoke of Brandon's "condition" shouldn't' that escalate the belief that something really did happen to him that probably turned fatal as opposed to "hiding?" Statistics of missing show when under the influence one is more prone to poor choices and when they go missing a large majority are found deceased in bodies of water . Was the river searched with boats and equipment? I can't get past the "we're" on the 911 call so I am convinced someone was with him and "they" took him away when he fled and that river bothers me because if he was UTI in his panicked I would venture to say that is another possible location to search. What do you think?
Thank you for your forthcoming replies and sorry so long! I felt it would be easier this way.
