She is just as guilty if not more, she should have protected her children. I have tried to post on this thread several time and just cannot find the words. All I can think of is how could this momster hear her precious child screaming and crying and not do anything. When my children cry because of an injury or pain it is the worst feeling in the world. Truly heartbreaking.

A judge has set bond at more than $1 million each for a mother and boyfriend charged with Injury to a Child in connection with the death of the woman's 4-year-old daughter.

State District Court Judge Steve Thomas arraigned Amanda Nichole Guidry, 30, and her boyfriend, Jason Wade Delacerda, 34, Friday afternoon on 1st Degree Felony Charges of Injury to a Child.

He set Delacerda's bond at $2 million and Guidry's at $1.5 million.

Thank God there is at least one judge in the land who understands these people should not be anywhere but behind bars. Yes, indeed, the mom is just as guilty. And surely grandparents or others somewhere along the line must have seen signs of abuse??

Hardin County Sheriff Ed Cain told KFDM news Breonna was the victim of what he calls the worst child abuse case he's ever seen.
An autopsy shows the little girl died of brain injuries.

They say an autopsy showed the child had a number of injuries, including hot coffee burns to her body, other burn marks and broken ribs.[/B

District Attorney David Sheffield told KFDM news he might take the case to a grand jury early next month and is strongly considering asking the grand jury to indict the pair on capital murder charges.

Being a member here you have to be one tough cookie to read all of these things that happen to these children. My heart goes out to all of them, but when I opened this thread and seen her pictures, I cried, I'm still crying, she looks so much like my little one.

The Hardin County grand jury has indicted a woman and her boyfriend on charges of Capital Murder in the death of her 4-year-old daughter, and the District Attorney says he'll seek the death penalty against the boyfriend, Jason Wade Delacerda, 34.

District Attorney David Sheffield told KFDM News he's reviewing evidence before deciding whether to seek the death penalty against Amanda Nicole Guidry, 30, the mother of Breonna Loftin.

You know what's sad? I had the school call DCF on me because my son who is 12 had bragged about playing a game that was rated M for mature. People are so darn nosy now and days it's unreal, however why can't they stick their nose in someone's business that REALLY needs it! Why couldn't some nosy neighbor seen the signs for this poor child and not just this child but most of them on this site. Did the grandparents ever see this child? Did she go to Pre-K or Daycare? I mean seriously, someone didn't see anything or didn't have any suspicions?

Someone HAD to suspect something IMO, but you never know.. But, if anyone did.. they are feeling like the scum of the earth about now.

Kountze man accused of capital murder will go to trial in July

Jason Wade Delacerda, 35, made a hearing appearance Wednesday in Hardin County's 356th District Court. Delacerda's attorneys requested a court date that would give them ample time to gather evidence and build their case. Judge Steve Thomas set a court date of July 27.

He faces the death penalty if found guilty after his January 28 trial.

In September, the Hardin County District Attorney's Office will decide whether to pursue the death penalty against Loftin's mother, Amanda Guidry.

The Hardin County Sheriff's Office says she admitted to not reporting her child's abuse.

Prosecutors aren't sure if Amanda Guidry will be a witness in the trial against Delacerda in January.

A trial date has not yet been set for Guidry.

RIP Breonna. This beautiful little girl suffered so much, while her own birth momster did nothing to protect her. Momster needs to be charged as an accessory, and her boyfriend need to be charged and found guilty of Capital Murder. The momster needs to spend a long time behind bars for witnessing and allowing the abuse. She is an utter failure as a parent and does not deserve any mercy.
