Bumping up for Brian and his family.
His tattoos are distinctive, and I love the black widow spider.
Any thoughts regarding what clearing out the apartment would mean? Or his vehicle left there but unlocked? Did no one living there notice anyone removing everything from his apartment?

Bumping up case one more time. I really feel for his family.

One thing I found that is probably unrelated - a John Doe's remains were found about a year prior (September 2016) off Fannett Road. The JD is still in NamUs as case #UP15844. While it's my opinion they were probably not both victims of the same perpetrator or anything like that, I just wanted to mention it, since the same road name came up.
Hopefully LE is still trying to solve both cases.
