I mean, perhaps she was able to get her phone out & get in a quick text before he noticed & then he took it? It just weird.

Agreed that the partner should certainly be considered, but additionally I also wonder if any male ex-partners of Brianna or Seriah (or the father of the couple’s daughters, if he was known to one of them and not an anonymous donor) might fit the description of the man coworkers think they saw with her in the parking lot.

Not enough details to be suspicious, but I do wonder how long Brianna & Seriah have been together? If the relationship was relatively new and the kids were SM's, maybe coupled with Covid challenges, it became too much. Just looking at all possibilities, since we have so little to go on.

IMO in this case SO is less likely to be criminally involved. Brianna went missing from work and her gf was not there. Did she leave on her own due to relationship trouble? It's possible, but the last text doesn't indicate that. Could drugs have been involved? Was she lured away by someone and then became incapacitated in one way or another? Wouldn't there be phone records if she arranged to be picked up?

I’ve seen in other cases where phone records, including tower pings, are unknown and the police explain they cannot get a warrant on a missing person’s phone when there is no evidence of a crime.

Given the length of time, it's also possible that she just started another new profile. A lot of people I know have another profile using first-middle name or a completely fictitious last name. Or migrated to Instagram or Snapchat.

The 'I love you' text sounds like an apology to me. Brianna has an androgynous look, from a distance she could be mistaken for a male. Her partner sounds Hispanic according to the name. Having lived in Toronto once considered the gay capital of Canada, I knew many gay couples, both male and female. A few of the female couples both looked androgynous which kind of broke my assumption that one would be very feminine (long hair, make up, etc) so is it possible she was talking to another woman?

It would be helpful to know what the theft conviction was for and whether she alone was charged or if others were also charged. The charge was for something valued more than $100 and less than $750 so I hope she wouldn't do anything foolish regarding that. It sounds like it may never get on her record if she fulfils her conditions.

I don't know how old her partner is, but there are twins involved. We don't know who's the biological mother. We don't know how old the twins are but I would think if they are her partners children maybe she entered into a relationship with someone with two kids is more than she bargained for.

I read her FB page. It's pretty small, mostly deals with 2017 and she's talking about loving a girl very much. Is it her current partner or some crush. She would have only been 17 or 18 then.

It appears that on July 4, 2017 her gf posted on her account. It's not entirely clear who posted the subsequent messages. At least one person in the relationship seemed committed: "I'm never giving up I will not ever to be the one that will walk away ..." (July 9). Of course people and situations can change.

ETA: I forgot that four years ago, this might have been a different relationship.

With delicacy, I ask if she could have been the danger to herself. A text like the one she sent does fit that scenario, but still leaves the mystery of the person she may have spoken to.

I was just thinking this. We know there are two small-ish children. Brianna is 22. I tend to think Brianna might not be the biological mom, but that is purely speculation based on age.

Yes! This why I asked the question, I've been rabbit holing profiles with no results. I never have good luck with IG.

Girlfriend doesn't seem too worried at midnight when she texted. Wouldn't this have been the same time she was supposed to pick her up? I wonder if it was normal/usual for Brianna not to come out at midnight to go home. Did she sometimes get delayed?
