Found Deceased TX - Bruce Sherman, 55, trucker, Amarillo, 27 Nov 2018 *truck located, items missing*

The Amarillo PD is requesting help in locating a missing male. He is identified as Bruce Sherman, white male, age 55. He is 6 feet, 2 inches and weighs 195 pounds. Mr. Sherman has brown hair and blue eyes. He is professional truck driver and was supposed to be driving to Colorado. His truck was left at a local hotel here in Amarillo and Mr. Sherman hasn't been seen or heard from since Tuesday, last week. If anyone has any information regarding Mr. Sherman, please contact the Amarillo PD at 806-378-3038. This case is being investigated by the Amarillo PD detective division.

In a Facebook post that has been widely shared in the trucking community, Steve Sherman explains that his brother’s truck was found in a “bad section” of Amarillo, Texas, but that there was no sign of Bruce. Sherman also added the items were taken from the truck.

Not good.

However, it's my understanding that truckers are a close-knit bunch and look out for each other. (I see the FB post was widely shared in the trucking community). Someone HAS to know something, or has seen something.

Bruce Sherman has been located. He was taken to an area hospital and pronounced deceased. Foul play is not suspected. His next of kin has been notified. The Amarillo PD wants to thank everyone for their help in this case.
