That surveillance photo is odd. The temps were very mild on Christmas Eve in SA. 66 - 80 degrees F. That person looks bundled up head to foot. LE says this is Cami? What is she wearing?? And why does LE keep saying she's in shorts/pajamas? Did she come back in and change clothes? They're asking the public to check their cameras but the information about Cami's appearance that day is unclear.

The mystery deepened when it was discovered that Olmos, a Northwest Vista Community College student, had left her phone on a bed in her home with no battery, which was found by her mother around three hours after she was last seen in surveillance footage.

Was the phone without a battery or a battery charge? No battery is very suspicious.

The reason I wondered is -- what if she came to harm from someone inside the house ?
Are we sure it was Camila in the surveillance footage ?

Camila's a pretty girl and quite petite, I'm worried also that someone saw her out walking.

I think this is one of those cases where the initial information released (what she was wearing, for example) is later found to be wrong, and I don't think it's suspicious. However why doesn't LE expressly correct at least the clothing? (Hopefully they will by tomorrow.)

Mendoza Olmos was last seen at 6:58 a.m. Wednesday, outside of the family home, in the 11000 block of Caspian Spring in northwest Bexar County.

Camila’s phone and all belongings, except her car key, are still at home, including her car. Her friends said she normally goes on walks, but also said she always has her phone with her.

Her family members drove 17 hours from California to Texas to help search for her along with more than 100 other people, according to Camila’s dad, Alfonso Mendoza.

Could she have been wearing pajama shorts all day, but slipped on a pair of sweatpants when she ran out to her car as an overlayer, and whoever reported her clothing was not aware she had added an extra layer/did not see it with their own eyes so it's not reported by the media/LE? If she was last seen by someone's physical eyes wearing pajama shorts, I believe that's what they have to report, even if she's wearing something different in the footage. JMO

Definitely think it’s possible she threw on sweats to run out to the car for something. In which case she wouldn’t need her phone if she’s running out there for ten seconds. Because of that, I personally don’t think she went outside to go on a walk and stopped by her car beforehand.. I think she likely went out to the car when she woke up, planned to go back inside to grab some things, and THEN go on a walk. Possibly wanting to charge her phone a bit? That’s just the scenario I have in my head.

Anyways, that photo really looks like a man though. IMO.

The ex-boyfriend is taking part in the searches for her, according to a news link posted earlier in the thread. That is a good sign that he is cooperative.

IMO the details of this investigation are strange. “Labrador Siles was last seen at 9 a.m. Monday when she went for her walk. Officials believe she was wearing a blue light jacket with black Puma shoes that have pink soles. She was described as a fitness and walking enthusiast, known to enjoy her daily walks. She was known to leave her belongings, including her phone, Salazar said.” What was called the suicide of Mariadelis Labrador Siles happened at wildhorse hoa sports park in March of2025 which is near where CO lives. The circumstances surrounding MS's death sound very sketchy to me as a machete and shovel were found in the vicinity of her body. She died of what LE said was a self inflicted stab wound to her chest. No info on the weapon used to commit suicide, which is strange in and of itself as well as one taking one's own life with a stab to the chest. I don't know what to make of it as the details are really lacking......Guess time will tell if there is any connection.....JMOO
