Can someone set me straight on the clothes she was seen wearing on the 24th? I recall reading that she had shorts on.

She was last seen on the morning of Christmas Eve, when a neighbor's doorbell camera appears to have spotted her standing next to her car just before 7 a.m., according to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office. She was wearing a blue and black hoodie, blue pajama bottoms and white shoes. Her family said that she frequently goes for morning walks.

If she was only supposed to be walking, anyone see if dogs have been brought in? Seems like a scent could be followed unless/until a vehicle picked her up? Jmo

Looks like this is wrapped up.
Oh no. Her poor family. Unfortunately, I suspected she might be planning to self harm.

From article:

Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said a body was found by a search party on Tuesday afternoon. He said foul play was not suspected.

A firearm was found near the body, Salazar said they had been investigating a missing firearm from a relative.

Thanks for the link. ^^^
Per the link, a firearm was found near the body , & no foul play suspected.
Heartbreaking if this is Camila.
Omo.
Oh dear

So the firearm must be what she was retrieving from the car. 😞

From article:
it has been one of the more likely possibilities all along.

I wonder what LE learned over last 3-4 days that made them announce this today?
guessing this is when the missing gun was discovered

So incredibly sad- devastating for the family, and perpetual holidays. I wonder if she left a note which gave indication of her plans

There is a national suicide crisis hotline. Just have to dial 988. The line is there 24/7 in English and Spanish. There is help.

Oh how sad. From your link.

Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said a body was found in a nearby field by a search party on Tuesday afternoon. He said foul play was not suspected.

A firearm was also found near the body. While foul play is not suspected at this time, Salazar says it is still too early to determine whether the body is Camilla.

He added that authorities had been searching for a missing firearm belonging to a member of her family.

Salazar previously said the 19-year-old may have been having mental health challenges.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't it reported that the dogs weren't able to track her? That is strange if she walked or ran from her house to the field, seems they would have been able to get her scent. JMO

I'm so sorry that her life ended this way, if it is indeed her. Sadly, it seems likely, and I did wonder if a gun, or maybe a bottle of pills was what she retrieved from the car, if ending her life was indeed the plan. It does also make sense to take her ID with her too, if that was her plan. Every life is valuable, and hers seemed so bright. Young, educated (with a goal to be an orthodontist), from a loving family, she had friends, plans, and had religion to help her through. But, that is mental health issues for you, they don't let you see the light at the end of the tunnel or access help easily. Her poor family and friends, it must be so incredibly hard when someone chooses to end their life this way, they must be left with the "if only" and "what if" questions swirling around their heads.

Another young life gone too soon. RIP Camila.

stuff like this is why i don't give much weight to what dogs do or don't smell. they can be a powerful tool, but they're not reliable. lot of false positives and false negatives. too many things can throw them off.
