*Set Trial Date Hearing (@ am CT) – TX – Cecilia Huerta Gallegos (30) (missing July 7, 2019, San Antonio) - *Reyes Huerta Gallegos (34) arrest & charged (8/28/19) & arraigned (10/14/19) with filing a false police report (7/8/19) about a supposed altercation with his spouse. Released (8/29/19) on $3,500 bond. *Taken into custody (9/4/19) after his bail was increased (9/5/19) from $3,500 to $75K.
*Charged (6/22/19) & arraigned (9/10/19) with assault with bodily injury. Bond set at $9,999,999 (9/6/19).
Shown on security video unloading chainsaw, 2 shovels, trash bags & cleaning supplies in front of his house.
9/5/19 Update: Arraignment for assault on 9/10/19. Arraignment hearing for false police report on 10/14. 10/14/19: Next hearing for both cases on 11/21. 11/21/19: Next pretrial hearing on 12/11.
12/11/19 Update: Next is to set trial date hearing on 1/13/20 for both cases.

The #622069 is the False LE report and the #621133 is the assault with bodily injury. So he only plead guilty to the false LE reporting.... Wondering about the security video with him unloading chainsaw, 2 shovels, etc. - ??

I guess there is nothing on "what" his sentence was for the false reporting? I see he was released... maybe for time served?

It looks like he was sentenced to 6 months on the false report, case #622069, but it only shows a credit for time served of 132 days - just over 4 months. ? Here's what the record shows for 1/13 and 1/14. See BBM

Where do you see 6 years? It looks like he got 6 MONTHS for filing a false report and the assault with bodily injury was dismissed (missing witness).
Am I missing something? She goes missing he's walking around with chainsaws and shovels and is out roaming the streets???

Sorry - might mistake! you are correct - only 6 months.... plus he gets 132 days credit - so he's out there somewhere....

Both of the above cases are closed and I'm not seeing any new charges in Bexar County. I sure hope he's not gonna walk. MOO
