Charlene Frances Sigler was reported missing June 22nd, 1965, from Kingsland, Texas. Her body was found, in her submerged car, in Lake LBJ, September 25th, 1970. She has become known as "The Lady in the Lake".

That's a really great write up. It was crazy for me to see names of all of these places that I visited so often as a child in the 70s-80s. We had a lake house in the area and my parents had dear friends who lived in Kingsland. It was really, really small. I'd imagine that the rumors were swirling. I'm so glad she was found, though.
