29 year-old Chelsea Searle was last seen walking in the Shadow Grove neighborhood on the west side of Pearland, Texas on September 25th 2020. Chelsea was last seen wearing a white shirt, and gray workout pants. There has been no indication and no evidence that would indicate foul play, yet the Pearland Police Department is concerned for her wellbeing.
Members of Texas Equusearch are assisting Pearland Police Department with a search of the area around Shadow Grove Subdivision. Police Investigators have attempted to obtain footage from home camera systems in the area. If you have a home camera security system, we would ask that you review your footage for potential leads.

Pearland police search for missing woman, 29, last seen Friday
Pearland police are searching for a missing 29-year-old woman was last seen in the Shadow Grove subdivision last week.

Authorities say Chelsea Searle was last seen around 8 p.m. on Friday, September 25.

Police and members of Texas Equusearch are searching the area around the Shadow Grove subdivision.

Investigators are trying to gather footage from home surveillance cameras in the area. Police ask that anyone with a home camera system review their footage for potential leads.

There is supposedly another woman missing from the same area according to the Pearland Police FB post comments, but I can't find any MSM on her yet. If I find a news article, I will make a separate thread for her.

Texas Equusearch is assisting the Pearland Police Department with a search of the area around Shadow Grove subdivision.

Right now, police are trying to get footage from home camera systems in the area. If you have a home camera security system from the neighborhood, police asked that you review your footage for potential leads.

8pm would be slightly dark out, not horribly but definitely beyond sunset. Not sure how well lit the neighborhood is. Until recently it’s been too warm to workout with the sun out. Dressed in workout clothes IMOO she was out for a walk or jog. As a woman who walks alone (with my dog) these cases hit especially close to home. Prayers for her safe return. Since the Sydney case I’ve been walking with a punch dagger in addition to my CCL in case I get jumped.

This seems to be the neighborhood, lots of houses, some water here and there that the homes are built around. Hopefully someone will come forward with camera footage.

Yes 8pm would be dark, but this area appears to have many streetlights and presumably homeowner cameras.

I street map viewed the area, they do have lights and sidewalks and appears to be nice and well kept. There is a large treed area to the south, that appears to be taller trees (not brush) but it appears the houses have fences between so she would have had to find an empty lot or a work around to get back there to it. Scrubby lot to Northwest of development.

This doesn't sound good. If she still lives with parents, then it appears she was a couple miles away. Perhaps out for a walk or jog because there are sidewalks the entire route. But why this neighborhood? I would guess she visited somebody?

I was under the assumption here parents lived there.

I found this that said her home:

Pearland community page may not be the best or even valid source so if it gets taken down I understand.
Not finding anything otherwise that said she actually lived there, was just last seen there.

8:03pm in Houston area and its dark out, darker than I thought it would be. With street lights it wouldn’t be bad but I didn’t pay attention if it was a neighborhood that only puts lights on the corners so the middle of the blocks can be quite dark.
