If I understood correctly State has 20 witnesses. 2 co-workers yesterday. Her parents and step parents, boyfriend, crime lab DNA expect, expert on phone pings, who else?

What is curious to me is, so CM and boyfriend text that night and morning yet he didn't try to get ahold of her for 4 days? Maybe he was drugged out somewhere.
Maybe that's what the Defense going to try to use as reasonable doubt. Be back in a bit.

I find it really off he didn't try and get in touch with her for 4 days.
But correct me if I'm wrong but we knew this to start, or knew he hadn't spoken to her but maybe not that he hadn't tried. Her family got in touch with him, when her work was concerned about her being missing.

Also the other witness might be the friends she was with that night, EA's brother? His girlfriend?

Íf you were to go back to the early thread askansasmimi you would find that we discussed this for ages but never reached a conclusion. We know he posted on Christina's facbook page on 3 September but we don't know for sure what he did before then.

"This is Hunter Foster Christina's Boyfriend. She went out with friends to shops of legacy. She has been missing for 4 day her car has been found at the shops of legacy but not her! I'm worried sick and will do anything to get any information on the last time anyone has seen her or talked to her please help and pray that she is ok! Police are involved and we are going to find her and whoever has taken her or whoever she is with. Any information would be a blessing please call 1(940) 597 6061 which is her mothers number or 972 658 6462 her fathers number! please pray for her and her family"

IIRC there were a group of 6 girlfiriends out that night plus an ex boyfriend they bumped into and maybe other friends who were present when Christina and EA left the apartment together and communicated with her during the walk JMO

Yes, I can imagine they will all be called to give evidence as to confirm what happened and both CM and EA's behaviours that night.
