The case

Jurors will hear about the party among friends that Friday night two years ago to celebrate the start of the Labor Day weekend. Morris and Arochi both graduated from Allen High School but didn't know each other well. A mutual friend had invited them out to drink that night with a group at The Shops at Legacy.

Christina's ID was scanned at Scruffy Duffies sports bar at The Shops at Legacy just after 12:30 a.m. Aug. 30. A credit card receipt shows she made a purchase there.

Arochi told police he'd smoked marijuana and taken Adderall before meeting up with the group. The prescription drug is used treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder but is often abused. Arochi said he also had 10 shots of rum and two or three beers throughout the night.

The group later ended up at an apartment near The Shops at Legacy.

About 3:30 a.m. Arochi decided to leave. Morris said she'd walk with him to their vehicles in the parking garage a few blocks away.

At 3:55 a.m. video surveillance shows Arochi and Morris walking side by side into the parking garage. The eight-second video gives no indication anything is amiss. Arochi's Camaro is seen leaving the garage three minutes later.

LOL Makes you want to yell oh and blah blah blah too (stuff that got excluded or that found sleuthing/or conversing on WS)

To me the interesting thing about once it get to trial is how the Defense does with what we know. They also have some things we don't know or potentially don't know.

I was going to ask, how long was it before they checked his car and returned it with the tracking device?
When did LEO start looking at him? What day of the Labor Day weekend was it that she went missing? Could Def say he went somewhere prior using the gas? It being a holiday weekend? It would really be cutting it close to hid her then go back, knowing that someone would be looking for her.
