I'm still confident that the evidence will be enough to put him away. There is no logical answer to why her dna would be in his trunk other than him being guilty
Except the whole "beyond a reasonable doubt" thing. They can bring out stupid, unlikely reasons for her DNA to end up there and he could get off because of it. We need a body. If he gets off and then we find it...well I don't even want to think about that. I hope this gets better.

His client is already in prison for his dealing. His fifth today has to do with not wanting to be implicated in a kidnapping charge, or if her remains are found, a murder charge.

The appeals court will decide whether their pleas stick. The defense attorneys got what they needed on record for that part of the appeal.

I have to respectfully disagree. I believe it had everything to do with drug charges

He's already serving time in prison for the period of time he was dealing drugs to undercover officers, whose operation began shortly before Morris disappeared and ended a few weeks thereafter.

Also, the defense attorney offered - on record - to have him answer questions not related to the drug issue, so.... Again, it's set up for an appeal, if necessary.

The drug dealers' attorney kept the clients, for the time being, from being dragged into a kidnapping charge, with the possibility of murder always on the horizon.

The only sure things is this: none of the three, Arochi or the two dealers, will ever have peace on earth again because once they find Morris' remains, all will be hauled into court again - and, likely, as suspects.

Boss says everyone having fun, nothing out of ordinary, Arochi not doing anything to cause slightest bit of concern that night #arochitrial

I even think HF not testifying is good for the case. His shady character would just distract from the real story. As I believe they have the right guy on trial. Christina was in his trunk not in HF's, EA had the unexplainable injuries to his body and to his vehicle etc.

I agree, if he gets up there and testifies he was selling drugs to an undercover agent when Christina was kidnapped he can't appeal his conviction. A skunky way to handle the situation but I believe that's why, not because he had anything to do with her disappearance, not has he been charged with any involvement.

Defense: If you're wrong about picking up bill, that doesn't mean you're a liar, does it? Boss: No. #arochitrial

Boss says 3 separate bills at Whataburger, tells defense she doesn't remember telling Plano police she paid for Arochi's food. #arochitrial

Oh lord

Since he is innocent, by his own admission, then he is letting Christina down once again :-(. I fear this will play into the defenses argument to the jury that HF was responsible for Christin's disappearance, I hope I am wrong.
My thoughts exactly. I'm really hoping that this doesn't give the jury the reasonable doubt that the defense is looking for.

I think they have the correct person as well but I also think the jury should hear from the person she spent most of her time with.

Not to mention the fact that he proved to be a LYIN' LIAR on TV and in front of PPD multiple times.

Boss testifies that Arochi's anger that night over her not lying on couch didn't cause any alarm or concern. #arochitrial

I, personally, find it alarming

What in the world??? If he was so creepy why would she initiate a text to him to hang out the next day?? That is just weird to me. And up thread was the testimony that they all hung out almost every weekend. All this time I thought he was someone who kindof busted in on their party like an outsider. I didn't realize that those people all hung out regularly.

Reasonable doubt. So far, plenty of it. IMO.
