Is it the old boyfriend that owns the Kia?

  • #582
I don't think so but you never know. I would urge you to look at the timeline for her phone pinging that area and the fact that there was little lighting and mass construction taking place there. Just my own thoughts.

There are typically several large cleanup dumpsters on construction sites. Thanks for this info. I never realized it wasn't the pretty buildings we see on Google Earth there.

HF didn't have a Kia. Another person does
Wow, good memory! I couldn't put my finger on it, but was there a picture or discussion of a car like that very early on? Ex-bf? Or am I imagining that?

Wasn't it a Scion? The car we discussed in previous threads.

I was thinking more about the family being asked to leave the courtroom. Once they testify, I think they can be spectators. So if they are finished with her dad, isn't he allowed to sit in the courtroom now? I don't know court procedure but can someone record the audio in the courtroom to play back to the family at the proper time. I would want to hear every word if I were her parents.

Ah yes, the white Scion that HF owned. Just don't bring up those damn purses again ;-) LOL

Pretty obvious the defense is going to try to say it's HF who is responsible for this.

My opinion, while YUGELY unpopular, is that HF is VERY resposible for CM's disappearance. And I gotta say, never been convinced the EA is, although I remain open to all views.

Jacob Wetterling's recent resolution after YEARS of people blaming a completely innocent man gives me caution before hitching to any wagon.

People were RABIDLY convinced and our for DR's BLOOD. Turns out, guy was innocent. Funny, that.

Again, I am gonna wait and see. Lots of shady, druggy stuff going on here....

I can't find anything about a Kia in past discussions. Giving up on that and saying goodnight to all of you.

I'm not sure anyone here thinks these are all saints except for EA. Heck, they may ALL have done bad/illegal things. Drugs, who knows what else? But ....

But this is about who did that one specific bad thing to CM, and even if there's a bunch of creeps here, there's only one of whom we can say "he put her IN HIS TRUNK." If she's in EA's trunk, he's the one who did it (or, if we want to imagine some sort of murky group, he at least had to be part of the group and involved up to his eyeballs, because she was in HISTRUNK). Of course, it's hard for me to imagine that if he had someone to blame, we wouldn't already have heard about them. I think he'd have blamed anybody and everybody he could, if there was someone to blame. In the off chance there is, and he doesn't say anything and gets all the blame alone, then (a) that's his choice, and (b) I take solace that at least they got one.

Yes, we all know YOUR opinion. However, I have my own and it is equally valid in this discussion.

But I appreciate your pervasive POV. ;)

I heart you. Early on I didn't feel EA guilty. I don't know what I think now. I have my doubts now based on what I have heard so far. I don't see an open and shut case.

I think HF is shady!!!!! I'm not saying he has zero to do with it. He could very well have a hand in it.

That's my point. So much shady. I'd hate to be a juror.

We don't know if he was "released" he could be on the Def list. (have see it in other cases where they put xx on list or retain them, for possible recall. Thats what I don't like about not hearing. Having to depend on someone else wording or what they think is important ;) JMHO

Are EA's parents witnesses? Is that why they're not present in court?

I haven't followed the case I did read some a ways back. I was going to go back. But have thought about it at the football game tonight. Nope gonna just go by what presented (rather what we told presented at trial and form my opinion) Right now I going back over testimony (tweets lol) and I have many questions. I will wait ;)

I not sure. I haven't seen (or looked for) a witness list. I just remember a tweet saying 20 State witnesses were sworn in.
