That was just the first 20. Probably the ones they expect to see testify this week. There will be LOTS more with 11 days planned.

Agree with TCMom. And as for EA's parents not being there, from what we know about them here in Allen and knowing the support they've given him these past two years, I would think they're not present only because they can't be and not because they don't want to be.

Hope I posted the link correctly. What the paper reports about HF's answers to police about his phone and CM's attempts to contact him and the deleted data make me want to see him on the stand so badly. I also didn't realize or forgot if it was mentioned earlier that he sold drugs to an undercover cop the night of the 29th, the night CM was out with the friends in Plano. So were they tracking him after that night until his arrest much later and that's why they're so sure he wasn't involved? And yes, I realize this could be info that would only distract my attention from the real culprit, but unlike some posters on this thread, any good whodunnit must be considered from all angles.

Also, didn't we think for the longest time that it was CM's blood on the trunk mat and lining? The DNA is not specified in any trial reports. Do we know for sure what type of DNA it is? Didn't we believe the amount was enough to cause the police to believe with certainty that CM was not alive? Just trying to get my facts straight...

There was speculation by sleuthers that it was blood yes, based on the word "DNA". I have wondered if it wasn't urine. The reporting out of pre-trial hearings (maybe a bond or evidentiary hearing) was that a detective (Stamm, maybe?) believed that she was "no longer alive" based on the amount of DNA in the trunk.

So far in front of the jury, and on record, no *evidence* has been presented either way. The defense attorney can (and did) make all sorts of suggestions (like that it wasn't blood) during opening. If that's not supported by testimony/evidence entered then the jury is not supposed to consider that during deliberations. I don't think we can definitively say "it's not blood" based on what's been said so far. Until a forensic expert gets on the stand to include or exclude the source of DNA, we won't know.

The police detective was asked if she thought Christina was still alive and the detective said she didn't believe she was still alive...can someone help me with the link on this?

Boyfriend of missing woman pleads the fifth, declines to testify

Although Morris’ boyfriend, Hunter Foster, was not out with her and her friends the night she went missing, he has figured prominently in the trial.

Both sides had hoped to question Foster on his whereabouts that night. The defense was particularly interested in asking about texts Morris had supposedly sent him about threatening messages she'd received. However, Foster pleaded the fifth.

I think this is what you are referring to:

When Lisa King, prosecutor for the felony trial division, asked Stamm if she believes Arochi kidnapped and killed Christina, she answered, “Absolutely.”

“I think the hardest part is knowing there’s a lot more DNA than we thought was in the car,” McElroy said after the hearing. “I won’t believe it until I have proof, but [detectives] are so sure [she is not alive], and that’s what’s so hard. I didn’t know it was enough DNA that my daughter could not be alive anymore.”

A little more about the DNA in article😀

Just interesting. This is ea brothers eX

http://dfw.cbslocal.com/2016/03/21/...dnapper-describes-jail-as-mini-vacation/known

"Roberts said Arochi was known for keeping a blanket in his gray Camaro which detectives found Morris’s DNA in the trunk of.

She said that blanket disappeared between the time the 23-year-old went missing and a few months later when police seized the car.

“I asked him where it went and he said he didn’t know and I said do you think your brother did something to Christina and he said I’m really not sure anymore,” said Roberts.

Roberts has gone from being welcome in the Arochi’s Allen home to becoming friends with the mother of Christina Morris.

“I was kind of in shock with the insight of the family she was able to provide and the privileges of an inmate he was able to get,” said Jonnie McElroy, Christina’s mother.

Roberts said she witnessed Enrique Arochi become violent with an ex-girlfriend.

“They actually went downstairs and as they were walking he’s up throwing his girlfriend and then saying no, she threw herself,” said Roberts.

Also want to point out that there are still a lot of people who know the parties involved - the friends, HF, CM, EA, LP, who still think HF was involved somehow, ( everyone here knew HF was bad news) that EA couldn't have pulled this off by himself and these same people still can't imagine EA even doing it unless he was threatened somehow. Then there are some who think if EA did something to her, and they only think this after the lies emerged and the DNA, that he was messed up because of the booze, etc.,made a pass at her because he had the opportunity and not because he planned it, she fought and he killed her accidentally or to keep her quiet. They still can't fathom how he pulled off hiding her body with no help. They don't think he's smart enough. And yes, Steve S, I know murderers often have the dark hidden side but I still wanted to point out EA had friends, and yes, they weren't choir boys either and yes, EA was heading down a bad path even before this but murder? No, no one thought this could happen. And yes, I believe the evidence certainly makes him guilty of doing something to Christina and I want the truth to be told to bring her home!

This is all great information to know, but this is what so many people end up saying about their friend/associate after being convicted of this type of crime. I disagree that you would have to be of above average intelligence to pull off hiding a body, being afraid of being caught is enough. It wouldn't be that hard to put a body in a dumpster, lake, wooded area, drive an hour or so away to place a body. EA lied multiple times to the PD, he was arrested and has been sitting in jail for two years, I can't imagine why he wouldn't give up his co-conspirators yet if there were any. Does HF have that amount of power to make EA completely afraid of placing him at the crime scene? I don't personally know either party, so I would have no idea. In my opinion, both parties come off as very narcissistic. What is your opinion on what you think went down that night? I'm curious since you know of both HF and EA.

Early on it was revealed what the DNA source was thought to be"

"Dr Staub also told Affiant that based on his experience and the amount of DNA that was present on the swab taken from [the] interior of Enrique Gutierrez Arochi's trunk, he does not believe the DNA source to have merely been touch DNA, but more likely that the DNA source was a bodily fluid such as blood or saliva"

If there was nothing suspicious in CM's evening and/or about EA, why did she feel the need to call her friend to say everything was okay while walking to the garage?

Exactly. I will be looking forward to hearing from him. I am assuming he is on the witness list.
