I haven't followed the case I did read some a ways back. I was going to go back. But have thought about it at the football game tonight. Nope gonna just go by what presented (rather what we told presented at trial and form my opinion) Right now I going back over testimony (tweets lol) and I have many questions. I will wait

Unfortunately, we are not hearing everything that is being said in court or seeing the evidence that is being presented. We know that the prosecution and defense can say anything in their opening statements (i.e., Baez in the Casey Anthony trial). They can say a purple elephant kidnapped her if they want. What is important is everything the witnesses say and what the evidence shows. Plus. We have already seen where the reporters have mis-stated testimony. Wish I could take time from work to be in the court room.

As far as HF is concerned, the reason he was eliminated as a suspect is because LE knows where he was and what he was doing and his friend.
