I think the procecution are painting a good case against EA. the defence picking holes, that's there job at the end of the day because they know he is guilty and have no other option.
There is clear evidence shown in this case already, lies EA has told been proven exactly what they are.
Christinas drug use - no surprise to me, I don't think many people would be, does it matter? Not really because the drugs didn't kidnap her. EA did.
Had she called a taxi/uber there would be records, her phone calls are there for all to see. I'm sure the police have looked into this.

EA won't take the stand to defend his lies, they are unraveling infront of him.

Will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings and the rest of this trial.

Still catching up but will say with100% certainty, when I made a federal jury this past year, I listened to the judge and didn't google anything. There's something so real about jury duty you don't want to mess it up. I hope that's the case here.

LOL THIS post is first thing I thought of when I saw that report about someone going up to a Grand Juror. I bet the judge gives the Jury a talking to and asking questions in the morning (IF he hasn't already) JMHO

Well for my part, HF has testified and the jury should not know that he orig had plead 5th. but as for "wondering why EA isn't testifying and explaining what happened" respectfully so far we do not know that he will or won't. Defense may not even know yet. And it is his right to or not to testify. Yes, of course there is that curiosity if he does not. But they are told by judge that they can not hold it against him. JMHO

The CM boss info was one of the few bits of info I didn't know. Not sure how/if it's relevant. And yes EA told police he had taken Adderal that day as well.

It's possible the jury feels the same. I just think the dna, pings, injuries, inconsistencies with his stories, and cleaning out his car is enough to rule out any doubt. But the jury could think differently. I'm anxiously awaiting the verdict, but we've still got days to go

So far, as a juror, I would only be convinced that they were all so drugged out tnat no one could know what happened. Hopefully, tmrw is a better day in court.

In every lie, there may be some truth. Coming out of his mouth, in explaining his injuries, I'd wager he indeed had someone in a choke hold who bit him. But not a "guy." The truth leaks out.

Well, ****. Idk what to think.

I've known for a long time about her involvement in drug culture. I hate to see it be used this way. Everyone and everything around her failed her. Her boyfriend, her friends, cameras, witnesses, etc....

I'm just sad. I want to find her. I want to know the truth. I know we may never know the truth. But, seeing this circus play out is depressing.

Do y'all think if you were on the jury for 5 DAYS you would believe they had shown anything but probably doubt? So many weird insertions, like the detective saying the Kia could have been an uber and then there being a text from CM TO HF saying she was taking a taxi. Why did he infer the uber thing? There is no evidence to back it up. Ugh.

IMO, from being there and SEEING the jurors reactions...almost SMIRKING at the things EA attorney said, I would say it did not seem as though they bought it. JMO

I'm worried, y'all. Sorry. I just don't know how tight the prosecution is on this case. There seems to be more and more holes I the story. I'm not pro EA. I'm just looking at this and thinking if I was a juror...

I'm with you. I posted this a few days ago. If they don't find a body or present more actual evidence, I can see him getting away with this, absolutely. I've seen cases before where there has been dna evidence like this and they found a "reason" for it to possible be there. If the dna in the trunk isn't blood he could get off if they find some stupid reason.

I'm not pro EA either. At all. I know he did it and he makes me absolutely sick. All I'm saying is none of this will convince the jury so far. Some of them sure...but not all. I hope they have something up their sleeve we haven't heard yet that just breaks this thing wide open.

I knew this, but apparently wasn't allowed to disclose that info. I have talked extensively with certain friends of her, but have been brushed off by this forum any time I tried to disclose the info that Christina was a drug user. Everyone wants to paint the missing as perfect, but I do t see how that helps us find them.

Yes, Arochi has claimed to have abused every drug known to man that day. Apparently so has HF.

WHO IS THE TRUTH TELLER? She was involved in in HF BUSINESS. She was a partier/addict.

So, we are going with EA wanted to rape her and then killed her? Ok.

Did they say if the Kia actually entered the garage? From my understanding it sounded like it was just driving by and if that is the case she would have had to have been captured on camera exiting the garage. There is no doubt in my mind, EA is 100% guilty. Why else would their phones ping together? Why else would her dna be in his trunk? How did he mysteriously and coincidently get these injuries the next day? It also be a HUGE unfortunate coincidence to be cleaning out your car (instead of being at work where you're supposed to be) EXACTLY where her dna shows up. JMO

EA attorney kept saying that the green kia soul came up 2-3 times around the parking garage but didnt ever enter the garage. The detective said he went over hours and hours of footage and came to the conclusion the activity was that of an UBER or Taxi.

The Collin County/Denton County Line is literally between the Legacy/121 and Spring Creek/121 intersections. The Spring Creek/121 Intersection is on the Denton County side..... This is why the defense team was stating that they must prove that kidnapping happened in Collin County. Wow.... this seems to be a real technicality.

Where did this picture come from? Detective stated they did not collect red light or city camera footage. Did they look at it? Is this picture from other video shown? Did Defense get the video from red light and city cameras?
