This is how you lose a jury. By spending hours talking about grass and letting the defense have the chance to exhaust the grass conversation. So hopefully the state has more evidence. Because the grass on car is reaching at the moment. Jmo.

This is how you find out we are all totally different because I'm fascinated by the grass talk and have been wanting to know this info for 2 years. You never know who is on a jury and what their interests. I'm a TXMN and a natural sciences nerd. These grasses might help us find Christina, which is my goal. The olive jar in a shoe may have been memorable, but "boring grass" is actually physical info we need.

JMHO they would probably have to be US Citizens to be on a jury (assuming here) BUT because of the visa comment that may make a diff knowing/understanding/or taking into consideration his lying to LEO. Just an observation dont throw anything at me.
