Britton said volunteers were encouraged to focus on “anywhere where someone could pull off the road.” Specific items Plano PD is looking for include the clothing Morris was last seen wearing: a light, peach-colored shirt; multicolored skirt; black or dark-colored fedora; black backpack-type purse; gold rings; an iPhone with a light green case; and a Canon camera.http://starlocalmedia.com/planocourier/updated-p-m-video-christina-s-mom-speaks-about-disappearance/article_5978a7b6-3479-11e4-a198-001a4bcf887a.html

Ok this said she had her camera.

Awesome. Too bad we don't have a detailed report, but it is something. Good job, Bootsctr! So things on Scruggs Way were getting a bit out of hand around 2ish. And someone else went missing at least for a time. Hmmmm...now how do we find out what happened?

Maybe this was the reason she left!
Not to go get her dog?
Maybe this is when she lost her keys!

Just a thought!

So did her Mom speak to Christina that night? Or is paraphrasing what BF told her?
MY Best Guess ..IMHO is the mom has got variations of versions of stories from a number of people

Didn't LE say way back when, that the escort's car or headlights or something was "distinctive"? I seem to recall that word. Anyone else?

IIRC IT was a poster who said EA's car is distinctive and would be noticed on surveillance.

If the video is that grainy, how do they know that EA left the garage & in that instance, how can we rule out that CM was not in the car with him? JMO.

IMO WE cannot. LE can.

Also, a case in MN some years ago, where the girl Katie (Poirer?) was abducted from a convenience store, the police sent the tape to a NASA scientist who was able to define it it enough to rule out one person who did not have a tattoo where the video showed one and to narrow down his ball cap and/or shirt, and that info produced results right away.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if we could see a picture like that relating to Christina? Just can't believe we are here on thread 12. And to me it seems as though we still have all the same questions as we did on day one. Where are you Christina??

What does everyone think the chances of her still being alive are? I know statistically they go down every day she is gone and those first 24 hours are so important. LE lost those first 24 hours and then some. What do you all think the consequences of missing those first valuable hours are? Did LE miss some vital clue because of the delay in reporting her missing? Or, do you think we would be right where we are had she been reported missing immediately? (Like the next day I am talking about) Just curious as to what all of your opinions and theories are. JMO and thanks for sharing all of your thoughts! You are all great sleuths!

Thanks, that seems like really old info though, not sure if it was known that Dad said the camera was found at home by then, even with the updates.

The dad posted to the HFCM FB regarding finding the camera. It was around the first of this month or the end of September. Then they posted a picture of the phone which was minus the white and green case covering.

Here's what one friend that night had to say about Christina's disappearance and this is what makes me think she had a car key:

Steven Nickerson was with Morris before she went missing and said she seemed a little upset that night, but he didn't know what was wrong. He said she insisted on driving back home to Fort Worth but he never realized it would be the last time he saw her before she was reported missing.

"She was loved by everyone. She was the nicest person I've ever met, great personality," said Nickerson. "I don't see anyone that could lay a finger on her."

Family and friends have searched areas in Allen and Lake Lewisville, places where Morris has been before.

This link also has the BF's TV interview.

ALL MOO & JMO & IMHO
I would like to know more about this guy.. obviously he was there as well, and was with her right before she went missing. Wonder how close of a friend he really was. I know he made a statement to media at the very beginning when she vanished. I have also found it odd he referred to her in past tense. Seems he knew she was leaving that apartment on Scruggs to drive back to Fort Worth. Oddly enough he has seemingly gone dark, never heard about him again. It had been discussed in the threads way back IIRC he also lawyered up too.

It's difficult to guess. What could've been in that garage for 24-48 hours and then was lost? Someone could have picked something up and threw it out or worse still walked away with it and it could be a key piece of evidence.

Yes, I'm looking for that discussion now. He said his piece and that was it. So we know 3 of them have lawyers I think that is right.

Yeah I wonder what happened to him? Kinda is confusing since the article states he was with her right before she went missing ..I am thinking there is more that know what went on Friday into Sat morning...ALL JMO,MOO IMHO

Maybe there would have been some debris around her car that had been swept up by Monday or Tuesday? Some sign of a struggle? Easier to prove alibis one day later, rather than 4-5 by the time police were involved?

Also, no, I can't personally see her being alive. None of these people would have a place to "hold" her, Imo, and doubtful a random predator would do,so.

Im back on thread 7 rereading.

Yes its old info!

She either had the camera or she didn't have it.
If she did how did it get back home
