Really? Where was he when Christina asked him via text to unlock the door? That she couldn't find her house key?
When he woke up on Saturday and turned his phone on, why didn't he freak out to see she wasn't there? That she hadn't returned? Or, did she?
There isn't a reasonable explanation for this imo unless she made it back to her house some how.

That information cannot be released at this time

Oh I would have to say it is not the way I would see that scenario ending up at all. If he had come out to speak with the family early on...he would still find himself at the end of their poking stick and feel the sharp point as they jabbed him to explain this or that from what he did say anyway. They have it in for this fella and there simply is no denying it (no matter how much they continue to deny it) IMO!

If that's the case, why aren't they picking on the others there that night? They are not cleared either, nobody is, but he is the only one who would not talk to the family. JMO. In my opinion they may have good reason to have it in for him, if that is the case.

EA says in this video that the police had his car for 11 days and took his floor mats and passenger seat seatbelt. He also says tollroad scanners caught his car 11 minutes after he was seen on the surveillance video.

He says they took his car apart and didn't put his passenger seatbelt back in the car. They have hundreds of pages of harassing e-mails and texts. His family must be terrified. I thought he did fine in his interview. A lot better than the interview given by BF who didn't report her missing for 4 days.

Why would they take that? potential evidence?

Yes, and it sounds as if he allowed LE to test his car for evidence. What do you make of that?

I think he's innocent! I think he and his family are literally terrified to death of this mob outside their door. He has received hundreds of threatening texts and e-mails. This is awful!

This is Christina's family your mentioning.

EA says he's talked to the police 4 times. I noticed he darted his eyes a few times.

HF gave an interview the same week she went missing, I would think he would be an emotional wreck

They take it because to test it they have to cut if off and cant just glue it or sew it back on.

Regardless of how anybody feels, this is very wrong. He and his family have received hundreds of death threats from around the country.

I can understand wanting justice but to threaten someone with their life is horrible. JMo

Why not? Seriously, why didn't HF explain the circumstances when he was interviewed?

This other guy, EA, had his car taken apart and claims he drove home.

What is your response to the toll camera showing he didn't hang around too long?

Is that a direction he would go to drive home or not? Did he give or could he have given Christina a lift to her home?

Are the cameras able to detect a passenger?

Maybe he is just selfish. Maybe he can be a jerk. In my opinion that would be a reasonable explanation.

To take his floor mats & passenger seatbelt, is rather odd. I think they know what they are looking for. Jmo

1. It depends on which way he was going.

2. I doubt it

Mapsquest shows it as being out of the way. I wouldn't know why he would go that way.
shops of legacy to Harvard ln allen, tx is a pretty straight shot. rather than going due east, he went north for several miles I guess to drive on the 121 tollway east which would put him in McKinney 10 miles north allen just to come back south then finally go east to his house.

After 50 days you would think LE would have found whatever it is they think is on the seatbelt - blood would have been detected right away.

They may have to test those items.

I think if Christina was in that car LE would know it by now and EA would have been arrested.
They had his car for 11 days.
I don't think they found what they were looking for.

But that's JMO
