Moo,omo,IMHO,A few things.....first of all...I used to live off legacy drive, very close to the shops of legacy..... It should take wayyyy less than 11 minutes to get on that tollway back tonallen, let's say maybe 3 min most. There are no gas stations nor places to get food from leaving the shops heading to toll way either.

Also, everyone on here took Vii3's info as true. I happen to see CM that same night at a diff bar with one of her girlfriends around 11ish, on complete other side from Henerys. I saw her and had eye contact with her, she looked bored.....we my hubby and I saw her and we reported it to the police and HF and Jonni CMS mom through connections that I have with them from FB. Vii3 did not report what she saw...
I wrote to the moderators on her to be verified and got no answer. From the first time I logged on here.....

[modsnip]

There was something else I wanted to say but I forgot. It's in the middle of the night and I'm going back to sleep. I was happy to post this late/ early thinking that you all will be able to read first thing when you awake. I don't get to log on here until my toddler is sound asleep. Which seems to be never,jk.
Happy nov 1st ! Our temps here in north central Texas are very cold.....
These statements are OMO, and from what I know in my heart, and mind, and what I have reported to LE and CM's Mom.
Moo,HMO,omo,etc.......

Thank you for a very interesting post, I don't know exactly what being a verified person involves but is it something you are able to do?

I assume from what you say that you know who vi13 is, I thought she posted that she did tell what she saw to the family, does anyone remember?

Yes I'd like to see that too. Officer Tilley made multiple statements saying that they split off and that he walked to the right and she walked to the left. How can that be if they were parked beside each other??

I think all the info is coming from Jonni and the private FB page.

[modsnip] I also understand innocent until proven guilty but if you guys saw that parking garage you would realize no way he didn't see or hear something, there is just no way!!!!!!
No way? If EA got into his car and drove off while Christina was standing inside the garage texting to HF...it would have been impossible for EA to hear or see what happened next.

I do not proclaim he is innocent, but I do not see anything to indicate guilt either. I am watching carefully to find something, but so far...he is not at the top of my list.

He is INNOCENT!
He has not been charged with a crime!

Now Is he a poi or a suspect LE says NO!
but no one is cleared.

did EA do this I don't know but hes been made the number one suspect
by the things that have transpired.

I just want the Correct person to pay for the crime Not a guy that some feel is guilty just because he was the last seen with her.

Innocent till proven guilty

We also know that EA has a powerful which I imagine has a very loud engine, if he's driving away, possibly with music on and having has a few drinks (he said that in one of the interviews I think) then if he didn't look in his mirror he would have been oblivious to what was happening.

That said I can't shake doubts about his demeanor in the interviews and lack of contact with the family. A poster above went out of her was to contact the family to report a chance encounter in a bar that night, what on earth would go through a person's mind that would make them think it as in any way right to ignore the family in such a situation.

I get that a skater dude ignores the fact that his live in gf is absent (self centredness of youth), I get that a young man doesn't walk a girl to her car door (thoughtless, selfish or badly brought up) but I can see no reason or excuse for the fact that not one person in EA's life told him to damn well contact the family and tell them everything he could remember about the night. And he wonders why people are against him.

Hopefully the information that's not been public and the information we all need will be available soon. I just hope she's okay. The longer it goes the more fear I have for her safe return.

Maybe I'm being too literal but not being charged with a crime doesn't equal being innocent. Not my opinion but fact, whatever LE have or haven't done doesn't change whether someone is innocent, that has already been determined by their actions on the night.

I do agree though that we shouldn't just assume he's guilty because he's the last person we know to have seen her.

Has anyone thought maybe her car was moved from one spot to another?

  • #209
I don't think he knew he was on camera either. I think he got a pretty thorough reaming from the police. They caught him on the toll 11 minutes later. I think he did exactly what he said went to his car and left.

Possibly with a passenger. JMO.

I have to think about this. I know the other girl too. Hmmmmm...

I haven't seen LE state who's apartment they were in. I thought we could only state what LE says as fact. It gets so confusing here.

Finally caught up on the thread. Regarding text messages, please correct me if I am wrong. I believe if you review cell records, all you will see is a number the text was sent to but there is no way to review the texts themselves. Since Christina's phone has not been found, the only way someone could quote a text is if they got it off the recipients cell. So I am guessing that Hunter had the texts on his phone and had not deleted them. Anyone else agree?

I think LE will have a good timeline but we just don't know it yet. I would think they looked at all the video of cars coming and going that night. And didn't Boots say that EA's family has a security camera on their house, too? That could help. He has to account for every minute, IMO.
Having said that, I tend to think that the reason he didn't meet with the family is because he received a mountain of hate mail, people threatening to smash his head with a hammer and who knows what else, threats to his family - plus he had talked to LE 4 times. I am leaning toward him being oblivious to what CM was doing when they parted ways. She probably was continuing to text. Doesn't LE have her phone? They would know if she asked someone to come get her. This is a very confusing case, but to those who know the area (I certainly don't), I can see how you think 11 minutes is too long, etc.

Does anyone know where the other participants were in the days following Christina's disappearance? I doubt they locked themselves in their rooms. I sure don't know. At least we know HF was doing something proactive for Christina.
I wouldn't go that far as to say he was doing something proactive for Christina. We do not know what HF was doing for 4 days while no one, except him, realized she was uncharacteristically gone/missing/not checking in/not calling or texting. Just because his father took him to an OK casino and put out a few fliers doesn't mean he did anything on his own to help find her.

Thanks for this, you just answered my question. I was wondering about her phone. Hopefully, Hunter kept his texts. And if, just a huge IF, EA put her in his car, then what? I hope he is on camera at the time he got home that night. With all this technology, surely LE can piece it together. I am trouble by LE saying to the family that EA had been lying from the beginning. Why didn't they give him a polygraph??

Yes, I agree the text messages from Christina were still on Hunter's phone.

If you had a loved one that was badly injured in an accident and a good samaritan sat with them for 20 minutes and your loved one passed...wouldn't you want to talk to the good samaritan and ask questions like, Were they in pain? Did they suffer? What was their demeanor? What was their last words? How would you feel if the good samaritan who was there for the last 20 minutes refused to talk to you. That's how I feel about EA and the 20 minute walk from the apartment to the parking garage. I dont know if he is involved in Christina's disappearance but as a mom, I would want to know my child talked about during that walk. I doubt there was silence as they walked.

Not contacting them and having heartfelt sadness, guilt of not seeing her to her car and stating I want to help find her as I can only imagine how this makes me look. Yea I Understand he's young but his parents aren't and as soon as they were aware if he truly had no involvement why wouldn't he have approached family then with a lawyer and said I want to help. I just can't fathom lawyering up unless he has something to hide. If he felt him talking would seem as if he we're admitting or looking even more guilty again it could have been a private meeting with the parents only and him, his parents and lawyer. Anything would have probably appeased them but the defensive mode makes you look like you need a defense lawyer for a good reason. I believe ultimately someone else is who took her and has or harmed her possibly but I think EA has something he's hiding. If I'm wrong I'll eat crow all day long and maybe I haven't been on WS all that long, but I have assisted and been a part of resolving crimes and have several friends and family in LE, so my thoughts are based on more than gut feelings

Good morning Happy! I'm glad we are seeing things differently. Helps put things into perspective for me.

Christina's phone has not been found. [modsnip]. The description of the phone changed. Originally it was a white I-phone, but later the family posted the correct picture of the phone w/o white cover. Searchers had been looking for a white phone for many weeks.

The Arochis do have cameras on their home. It was pointed out by the protesters. Interesting!

Jonni said Christina wasn't a drinker. She didn't look drunk in the few seconds we see her. He said they partied. I think of partying a little bit like Going To Vegas? What happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas! You don't want people going around blabbing what went on at so-and-so's party.

I think saying we partied is just a term some people in their 20's use. Just mean going out and having fun. Jmo.

I would hardly describe EA as a good Samaritan. Not sure if there is much of a conversation that night. If Christina was distracted with her phone, or A camera, and the dude is drunk, may not have been much talking going on... just my opinion. A long night of partying and drinking and then filling up on hamburgers and fries, at 4 a.m. I imagine the only thing on your mind is getting home and getting in bed.
