I'm my opinion it would be more accurate to say "if he is the heartless guy he is being portrayed to be..." Because he doesn't appear to be any more heartless than others in this case. From what I have read he talked to police, cooperated with them, and now did an interview. The family said right away that he was NOT friends with CM. Almost immediately he was being accused, so I'm not surprised he didn't sit down and speak with the family. Look at how every armchair quarterback in the country is analyzing his interview. One person says "He's guilty-- see how his eye twitched??" Another says "He's guilty -- see how he never moved his eyes and was staring?"
In my opinion, ALL of her friends who were there should be thoroughly questioned by LE. The thing is, I think they have been! Someone may certainly be holding back something, but that someone is never going to give it up to the family. And perhaps not even to LE, especially if it has to do with illegal activity.

Bravo! I totally agree that LE needs to get all of the group and question them again! All I see is a guy and a girl walking to the vehicles so neither had to walk alone at 4 a.m. The BF not answering her texts which were at least 15 and not reporting her missing for 4 days is cruel and unusual punishment in my opinion.

You're right, I probably shouldn't assume LE tested the car. In the Heather Elvis case, LE made a quick look at the car on the scene and then let the father drive it home right then without any testing.

I found him easily from WS,when posters linked Christina's FB and were told to look for a male with the initials EA, so other people could easily have read that here, a long ways back, jmo.

I realize this, I found him before anything at all about his initials were posted on WS, I'm just stating that the family has nothing to do with that.

If you personally don't live in Texas or close to the shops then you don't realize that if they were parked anywhere in that garage on first level by dunkin donuts then he would have seen her get in her car or heard her had she been interrupted by a stranger. Therefore, unless she found a way by walking to leave that garage and stay off camera he would have seen or heard something. Also, if she was scared and paranoid to walk alone as I honestly believe to be true, most women are, no way did she walk away somewhere unescorted. Just because he got on tollway in 11 minutes proves nothing as it should have been way sooner at that time of night and how do we know she wasn't in the vehicle?? He has tinted windows. Also if she's not in vehicle how do we know she wasn't forced by him and someone else into another vehicle. Also, it's been said by the time she had gone to the car she had found the missing key. I'm not verified, I can't post the link it's on the private FB, and I'm not mentioning or sleuthing anyone so not sure why it can't be mentioned when it was someone who knows the family who posted it. LE throw out a lot of information that not always is in order of how it happens and seems you could go a ton of different directions with theories but this girl did not plan to disappear she didn't ask to be abducted, she has possibly been hurt and if police are holding items from the car and EA seems more concerned about the car and is only doing interviews in what appears to be an attempt to look or play like the lamb in sheep's clothing of you ask me. I'm not a fan of people threatening anyone but don't you think had this boy been more forthright and caring like most he wouldn't be in his situation. People would have found out sooner or later he was the walker, it was a matter of time and my and my husbands very first thoughts from initial reports were what kind of guy lets a female walk to her car at 4 am. Even with us married if my husband was walking with someone at that timeframe especially a woman he would ensure she got to her car safely. This didn't happen so that alone to many make him look bad regardless of the family shedding light about his dishonesty. There are bad people in the world and what others do is not the family fault and if so then you may as well go ahead and pin the reason for her missing on them too. Because that's what it appears is happening family being ridiculed for simply wanting to know the truth, the whole truth which was not told on those interviews.

I agree with you on this! See my comment where I posted the NTTA map to clear up the confusion of how the toll system works. You are correct. Anyone would get to a toll road, be it Dallas North Tollway or 121/Sam Rayburn in less than 11 minutes, but the person would not reach the nearest toll plaza and photographed until either exiting off the tollway or reaching Custer.

I saw your previous post right after I posted that. We are on the same page. Not defending EA, but it was definitely stated in MSM that he passed 121/Custer in 11 mins, so I felt that it needed to be cleared up. Moo. Thanks Cookie!

On the phone calls, did Christina leave a message? LE should be able to get those. Maybe it is just the nature of my work, but it leaves me with more questions unanswered. But 20-25 attempts - calls and texts - is a lot of attempts for a 4-6 hour period.

Okay, when we saw Christina she was sitting at a table with one girlfriend who was dressed with lots of things showing up top, there were 4 older guys sitting with these two girls. We noticed them bc the girls were in their 20's and the guys hitting on them were upper 40's at least. mOO CM was not giving these guys the time of night, she was sitting with her back toward them,looking at people,more like looking at her friend trying to tell her to hurry it up. Jmo. CM looked bored. She did have her phone in hand,but was just holding it. She had a hat on and a light colored shirt and that's all, I don't know if she was wearing shorts or a skirt,but her legs were showing,so not pants. We were walking past her, she was at Sambucca 360 sitting outside.
I called PPD by mod and asked it I could tell what I saw and was told sure.
It took the Plano police department more than 6 days to get in touch with me. When the detective and I spoke her told me that they have had soo many ppl calling in with tips. Ladies....he also told me that I needed to always be careful when going anywhere at night. Make sure that I pay attention to my surroundings. If something feels wrong,it is and to follow my gut. To park in well lite areas. To avoid going to the grocery store at dark.
I have heard about a lot of women bring approached lately in grocery store parking lots in Frisco,Tx.

As for driving on the toll road,say Rayburn tollway. I guess it just depends how fast one is driving too. Also, legacy drive has cameras at most of the lights, so EA could have been filmed on any of those cameras heading to 121.
EA has a new car btw bought like July 25thish 2014. So, that should be very telling as CM and him did not hang out. So, her fingerprints and DNA should not be on his car.

Also, I do not know vii3, I was just saying that everyone on here took her info to be correct. I have conflicting info than she does. Now, I don't know my time to be exact. We know it was around 11ish to 1130. But, VIi3 said she saw CM on the other side of legacy. I'm am and always have been directionally impaired. So, I'm not going to even start with trying to say much more than that as to what direction.

So according to your timeline, they would not have called the boys to join them until perhaps midnight or later. LE says many people have called in with "sightings" of her that night, so I bet LE has a timeline in place.
