So does that mean the video they haven't released has evidence of a crime/possible crime?
If it had evidence of a crime...would we be on thread #13?
IMO. No.

I think his was off most of the night and her last signal was from the garage. If that's truly the case as LE has stated that would indicate to me whatever happened did indeed happen in that garage. IMO

But if it didn't, why wouldn't they release that as well?
I agree in general. Also, many live-in relationships are just more casual. People do go their own way without oversight by the other.
I can say that in MOST cases I have followed, LE never released ANY surveillance footage. HTH.
A dead phone .....
I'm sure there was no house phone.
I dont think many young ppl or older come to think of it let their phone die.
Power cords for car for home.
While sleeping it's plugged in...
For me this is a Huge red flag.
But JM said she was intending to stay the night until she had an argument with her boyfriend on the phone and decided to go home to ft worth. So if it was an argument in my opinion he was answering or speaking to him.
Yeah. I am the proud parent of several of these twenty somethings. LOL.
They do not function with their cell phones. Most nights, I will get a text around 3 AM ("phone is dying, be home soon") and the second they walk in the house, they plug their phones in to charge.
Their phones are their lifelines.
Okay good point. The whole phone situation is confusing. I'm not sure how they could have no signal from her after the garage. Did it die right then?
I think they know which car EA's was because in one of the earlier LE statements they said that his car was very distinctive.

OT. I have been very curious about this for a long time: has a crime ever been solved based on information initiated or shared on WS?
I do believe the outside world (especially LE and defense staff) checks in on these threads regularly.
Does anyone (Mods) know?

Yes, I wonder about voice mail, too. I'm not trying to justify HF actions, or lack of them, but I know my son and daughter never use voice mail.......they text.
I don't know what to think about the 4 no contact days. Her mother has apparently said it was not unusual for them to take days apart if they were fighting.
I do. And I'm older than Christina and the men I date are older than HF. It's a lack of maturity and even more so a lack of responsibility that knows no age limit. IMO
Bouncing off your post - my son who has never been in trouble with LE would be crucified on boards such as this. He comes across very emotionless to the world; almost cold. However, those of us who know him (family and friends) know who he is as a person and what a caring individual he is. JMO (of course its my opinion because I'm talking about my son LOL)![]()
