I was wondering if maybe this meant he used HER phone to make the calls and texts to make it look like it was her?

I am thinking she was in his car and trying to reach her boyfriend from his phone before some sort of altercation started. If he had bruising on his right arm that would be consistent with her sitting in passenger seat and him hitting her with that arm

I read those both and was going back and forth. The abrasion and bite mark to me show a fight. The damage, implies to me maybe he hit her. I was wondering, did he hit her throw her in the car and drive her somewhere and when she got there she put up a fight? If he hit her in the lot wouldn't there be signs of an accident/blood? Broken lights/blood? Of course maybe not.

I still feel as though someone else is involved or knows of something. I don't think he is the only one involved or that orchestrated this whole thing from start to finish.

Yeah, that tweet is not clear. I can't figure out if it means on his phone or on her phone. In another it says something about letting her use his phone, so maybe it means there were texts to her bf on his phone.

When did that DallasUptown Girl blog story come out?? The one that told us what the last texts were that were sent to the bf?? Does anyone have that date handy?

If I were going to send texts to my bf from someone's phone (if mine died) it would NOT be from a guy I was hardly friends with. Can you imagine if you got a text from your sig.other and it came from someone of the opposite sex's phone... I would be raging mad and I think my bf would be too. This sounds to me like he texted and or called HF himself. MOO

I didn't read it that way either. I also saw it is important and IMO felt as though EA himself was texting and calling HF after CM was missing. I find this interesting on many levels, specifically because it was important to mention in a warrant. I am curious about their relationship. How well did they know each other?

From the very beginning I never got why she would walk all the way to the parking garage if she was texting HF that she didn't have keys. I have always thought the intent was for EA to drive her home. I think her phone died in garage so EA let her use his. At some point they start fighting, who knows why. If his right arm was bruised that would be consistent with her being passenger and him hitting her, and she fought back and was biting. Maybe during fight he lost control of car and hit something which would explain car damage and limp? I hope they get the answers they are seeking and everyone stops lying and covering things up. (These are just my thoughts and opinions and do not know what really happened of coarse. )

It's hard to say, because remember that HF and CM were supposedly in some sort of argument and he didn't report her missing AND wasn't concerned that she never showed up after her texting that she was coming home and had no key. So maybe her texting from some random guy's phone wouldn't have even mattered to him.

I'm still not clear on whose phone the texts came from, but I just wanted to make the point that although WE might feel it was weird and be pissed, maybe HF honestly wouldn't have cared.
