In reading the warrant, it seems he gave a bit of his own disposition away. He describes his injuries as ' turning the tires and the wheel fell out of his hand' so he ( did what any of us would do ) got angry and punched his car , injuring himself. So who does that? People with violent tendencies !

People also with addictions as well

Or is she one of the cars that left right after EA drove away....

Open letter to the person who made Christina disappear: Now would be a good time to tell the truth and help the police find her. Here in Texas, we're a big fan of the death penalty. You could pray that if you suddenly became cooperative, they would take the death penalty off the table. I'm not saying it will work (the praying) but you better do something.

Christina family needs and deserves to know everything that happened and where shes is, i so hope the fear of the DP makes him start telling the TRUTH for once.

It depends on how it was done. Carltondance stated it was just like the phone came out of the box. There is software available - and it is not illegal to have - that works like the forensic s/w that police have, except instead of finding it and revealing it, it finds it and deletes it permanently. It is recommended if you trading in or getting rid of an old phone that still works. Factory reset won't delete it. UNLESS you do MULTIPLE resets and then you might either permanently delete it from or render it unreadable by forensic s/w. The service or s/w is available, otherwise someone can buy old phones and pull the old data such banking information from the phone.

That being said -- if I come across short or something, don't take it the wrong way -- like I said, I am in OMG-mode and just throwing ideas out there. I am thinking everyone else is doing the same.

For those that live in the area, would him leaving at 3:58 and getting to this toll at 4:08, be driving fast, slow, or average? Also, I forgot what was said, was this the direction of his home, but not CM's?
