I'm surprised he's not yet, but in a lot of cases, when LE has a lesser charge to put them in jail over, just to keep tabs on them so they don't fee justice, they will do that. Gotta wonder why that's not the case here yet. Maybe it's coming?

I can't imagine why this hasn't been done. (ever sit and stare at your monitor in disbelief?)

I think the Tweet was incorrectly worded. In the warrant it shows activity from EA's phone to HF's at 3:50, 3:53 and 3:55. They walk into the garage at 3:55. His car leaves at 3:58. My guess is she was using his phone, hers was dead and she had planned to leave with him? Three minutes from walking to garage to car leaving?

Still lots of questions but I'm thinking HF is clear. MOO
When was Christinas last text to HF from her phone? Thought it was around the same time as this?

With all this new information coming out I am deeply saddened. No doubt this means that CM is no longer with us. I am focused on mourning the loss of this beautiful, energetic, loving young lady who isn't getting to live the rest of her life. Have a wedding, have children, find her niche in the world, be a productive member of society. I'm not celebrating or happy at all. I'm just terribly sad for the loss of this young lady and for the grief and pain her parents and siblings are going through and will go through for years. IMO.

And not only that but the backlash they faced for standing in front of their house and naming him in public. On here it was cleaned up (thank you mods). On social media it was a different story.

But I'm with you SJ. Saddened more than excited with the new info.

The noose is tightening around EA's neck. For his own sake, he needs to come clean, make a deal and tell LE the truth about what happened that night for most importantly WHERE CHRISTINA IS NOW so she can come home to her family. IMO

I suspect his family and lawyers won't allow him to tell all. One or more of them (family) may be involved, too, on some level, such as cover up. MOO

If you steal a phone, and then wipe its contents, it sounds like a premeditated action. Like he needed a communication device for the evening. Sooooo WHO was he needing to communicate with IF that is true. Was this the same phone LE took from him? Very confusing bit of information. I hope we get facts on this soon.
I couldn't understand that either. My thoughts were that he must have turned in his phone to Sprint when he was fired and then stole it back to wipe the data.

Stole it back....from Sprint? How would he do that unless he broke into the Sprint store?

IDK, trying to figure out who he stole his own phone back from. How else can you steal your own phone? From who?

Maybe we need to table that whole phone thing until we get more info. We could go crazy speculating and it might be all wrong just based on the wording of that tweet. Only so many characters you know -- not a lot of room to elaborate on a tweet!

Do you mean HF? I have never seen any evidence to support this.
I did mean HF, sorry. I think I got the info switched between the two at some point. This seems to be a pretty tight knit group. Everyone seems connected to everyone, even after all these facts are coming to light.

tossing all thoughts around... Is it known if he has a girlfriend? Could she have voluntarily left together and someone got mad? That someone followed them from the party and was the person who fought with him and killed and disposed of her. That is who he is protecting. Or he killed her for his love. Or he brought her to his girlfriend or to someone else? Tossing out a bunch of ideas.

Brittany Feagans@jonnimcElroy said Arochi stole phone from Sprint, wiped data before returning it to Wylie store where he worked; awaiting confirmation

And look who's replied to the tweet

OMG! Is she defending him?? That's weird, to say the least. I thought she was on the "other team."

It almost seems like the tweet about stealing the phone is related to the previous tweet about his theft charge, but unless he wasn't found culpable for that he wouldn't still be working at Sprint, right?

  • #357

It doesn't say he stole his phone, it says just says stole phone.

I'd guess he'd already stolen a phone i.e not connected to anything that happened that night and then wiped it before returning it hoping he wouldn't be found out. I can see that a phone shop employee might be tempted to use the new phones and almost see it as a perk of the job, maybe this goes on all the time

I think she's always been team EA, she doesn't post in supporton the HFCM FB page and IIRC only ever briefly had the missing poster as her profile pic, not like other FB friends who still have it

Why was he checking his Trunk area, Door and front right fender???

Why the concern over his trunk??

We'll he had a flat tire that's why same reason for the bruised arm lol

Ah yes, that makes sense. Feagans said that she was looking into an alleged Wylie theft charge (but there was no mention of when this was) then she tweeted that he reportedly stole the phone from the Sprint store (where he works in Wylie I'm guessing) so she is checking on that. I get it now. It was very confusing! I do wonder when this was supposed to have happened??? I didn't find any arrests for him in Wylie. That is Rockwall County btw.
