Search warrant is from September 29th. Not sure if that would have been the 1st, 2nd or 3rd search.

Newest article says EA has not been named a suspect in the disappearance of CM.

Probably could have had it two months ago if the Press had requested it. Maybe it took LE this long to release from paperwork filed by the press? It just seemed in the Anthony trial everything was released immediately or within a week or two. Not sure what the Sunshine law entails in releasing warrants.

I think he took the phone way before.Christina went missing and when
LE took his phone they found out he took it (stole it).from.work. Never paid for his upgrade.

EA initially lied about which direction he drove when he left the parking garage. He obviously did not want them to know he drove the way of the toll road.
Does anyone have/or remember from the Plano, Ft. worth, Allen police reports that early morning 8/30 if there were any hit and runs or missing people reports.
I have a crazy idea maybe Crisitina willingly left with him, he(who shouldn't be driving) hit someone(damage to car), CM said stop we have to call LE- he said no, fight began....

For those that live in the area, would him leaving at 3:58 and getting to this toll at 4:08, be driving fast, slow, or average? Also, I forgot what was said, was this the direction of his home, but not CM's?

I drive through that portion of the tollway everyday and that sounds about right. The main thing that stands out to me is, why would he tell investigators that he took Legacy to 75? He attempted to keep PPD's attention away from his actual route, likely because there is something of importance there. Reading this portion of the warrant reminded me of the 1993 discovery of Ashley Estell, which was (to my recollection) off the dirt road by the pond at this link:

It's obviously just a hunch, but given that he reached Custer Rd. in a normal amount of time, this would be the first point where he would have a chance to do anything, if she was in his car. Do any of the insiders know if this area has been searched?

I noticed in the warrant - it's mentioned they entered the garage that evening at 2322, but yet he says he had the shots of Capt Morgan at 2230. Did he move his car 40min later after the shots? Or did he mess up his time again? :thinking:

That coincidence is intriguing. Maybe tried stealing phone and porting his number to it so that he could destroy the phone that he owned on 8/30 and provide LE the new phone with nothing on it. Technically, he would still be complying with search warrant.

As soon as the rain clears(hopefully tomorrow) I will start going out that way walking and looking wherever I can do so safely. I wish we knew how many tolls he went through/where he exited. Or do we and I have missed it?

I missed the whole Whataburger piece. MMmmk.

So they got to the apt before 2322, then moved cars at some point and that's what was captured. They then continued partying until almost 4am when we get to the garage again.

I thought the very same thing. Steal a clean phone to give as yours. Although, no way it could be so clean and actually be someone's daily use phone.
