I drive through that portion of the tollway everyday and that sounds about right. The main thing that stands out to me is, why would he tell investigators that he took Legacy to 75? He attempted to keep PPD's attention away from his actual route, likely because there is something of importance there. Reading this portion of the warrant reminded me of the 1993 discovery of Ashley Estell, which was (to my recollection) off the dirt road by the pond at this link:

It's obviously just a hunch, but given that he reached Custer Rd. in a normal amount of time, this would be the first point where he would have a chance to do anything, if she was in his car. Do any of the insiders know if this area has been searched?
Agree, there must be a reason to tell cops that he went a different route. Other than EA was unable to recall his exact route because of too much alcohol, there would be no reason except to keep cops off an incriminating trail.

I thought the very same thing. Steal a clean phone to give as yours. Although, no way it could be so clean and actually be someone's daily use phone.

If he was a drug dealer maybe he was used to swapping out phones

Could this be a possibility? I'm not familiar enough with the area to know....

Sorry.... Meant to mention - look at line with 6:56 am incident.

Listening to his latest interview...how can EA say his injuries (which are obvious to others AFTER this night) occurred prior to that night when he doesn't seem to be limping or injured in the surveillance video? He's going to run out of room in his giant room of lies soon...

I was rereading about the 3 cars in the parking garage yesterday. I dont remember where but the initial report said there were 3 cars on the "deck". People seemed to think there were 3 cars that went by the camera. After the reports, I now think they meant Christina, Enrique and SB were all parked near each other on the "deck".

The day he is charged with stealing the phone, is not likely the day he stole the phone. He could have stolen the phone weeks before, but was just charged for the theft after an investigation on Sept. 26th. Does that make sense?

Trust me. You'd remember if you went across Legacy and hit all those lights or if you zipped along the toll road.

Yes, it does...but he could've stolen it after the incident, but before the warrant after the interviews. OR it could be totally unrelated. I'm just thrilled to have more info to dig into.

Ah and here are the drugs coming into play.... Way back in thread 2 I believe I got a spanking for suggesting drugs. Lol. Still my number one theory.

There was a disturbance at 2:19 a.m. at 5700 Scruggs Way. That's where the party was at ? Legacy Town Center South neighborhood in Plano, TX

As soon as the rain clears(hopefully tomorrow) I will start going out that way walking and looking wherever I can do so safely. I wish we knew how many tolls he went through/where he exited. Or do we and I have missed it?

Thanks for your help
Please do so in a group if possible for safety and report anything suspicious to ppd. They can 3way call another department to send out somebody to look at what you found. Cameras that can email on phone is a great help

If he had as much liquor as he said he had, he was probably feeling no pain at that point in time. Probably pretty numbed up. Probably felt like crud the next day.

I'm on my phone so it's hard to read, but if it says 121 and Ohio that is farther west of Custer. In other words he would have passed Ohio already.

That has been my #1 theory as well. I am having a hard time mixing in the new EA injury information to that though. When I saw bite marks, car damage, squeegee(ing) the trunk or backside of the car, my theory changed. Sometimes I'm gumby though, I'll admit.

His co-worker said he looked like s**t at work next day .. guess that is since there was a big bar fight????

I appreciate all the hard work all of you have done. I am probably going to take a break for a bit now that some things have been cleared up and brought out. Best of luck to all of you sleuthers

Also, if you HAD been drinking, you wouldn't want to take that long slow route through Plano. JMO.
