I personally believe that LE knows the activity of HF's phone for those four days. we have only heard that he did not officially report her missing, not if he tried calling her/friends she was with/EA's phone.

I would think it inconceivable that they don't know all the activity, it's got to be policework 101 to get all the details from the networks of all the people involved.

I mean if Christina's blue metallic Iphone was going to be disposed of...do you think someone would have done that for cash maybe? I am just trying to think, if that was done, how would we know? Sort of like the boxes you donate clothes in....could her belongs been put in one of those maybe? Where would they be if they were? There is a donation box right outside of Sherwin Williams on Custer and 121 I noticed as I drove by there the other day.......just a thought.

I wouldn't even get THAT complicated...I bought my son a phone for 10 bucks at target. 20 mins. No contract. No sign up. Disposable. I paid cash.

I thought JMOM was suggesting that someone might have picked up the phone without realising it was Christina's and just sold it for some quick cash - is that right?

No. His phone was "off" or something for four days. I wish I could point you to the correct thread. :gaah:
I'm on my tablet and it's a struggle to search.

I remember reading that his phone was off the night she was calling him over and over. Thinking back, I have no idea where that info came from in the first place. Ill try to find it.

Here's my running tally of suspicious activity by both HF and EA, I'll be happy to add anything if there is information to support

I'm kind of assuming here, but I think cell phone companies can track stolen cell phones through serial numbers (if the phone is reported stolen). If someone were to try to activate a stolen phone, the cell phone company would know it is stolen and stop it. This may not be true if someone was "jailbreaking" the phone - I have no idea what all that constitutes.

I don't think I have seen that. Which site is it on? Who posted it?

So was the post of the facebook page that said Christina had found her keys before she left the apartment not true?

I misunderstood your question.
I don't think anyone would sell her phone to get rid of it. Iphones have serial numbers and can be traced.
I think the phone and her belongings were either dumped or wherever she may be. IMO

this is pretty good, but i really dont remember anywhere seeing that his phone was OFF for 4 days.. just that he didnt call her in 4 days. His phone could have been on.. is there a link that says he didnt turn it on in 4 days??

Respectfully, why would he try to call her, if 15 calls/texts to HIM from HER went unanswered?

Wasn't his phone off that night? Maybe he didn't in day one. Maybe he didn't at all. The warrant did say that he was unable to reach her, we just don't know when he tried to reach her.

I saw it as well. We can't link it on here, because it is one of the private fb pages, but it was posted in response to several questions about the keys and was posted by a person who is close to the family, not just a random person (or at least a person who I gather to be close to the family because they post a lot as if they are close to them.) No, someone just said that upthread, maybe a page ago, so I added it because I didn't want it to look like I wasn't including info on HF. I asked for a link but have not received.

No I was meaning this, say EA needs to dispose of her things, could he drop her bag and clothes in the donation box and phone at the phone box thing and make a little cash? Just using him as example but could someone do that? And then where would those items go? Do those type places check for crime evidence when they collect the clothes donations and phones being sold in those boxes?

honestly... i would bet he just left all of her things with her.. i couldnt imagine he would be stupid enough to keep it all in his car. then again, he very well could be that dumb...

Can you tell me a round about date or time that was posted? I want to look at it. Do you know if it has since been deleted?

So if my girlfriend bombards me with 15 texts/calls at 3:30 in the morning and I don't immediately respond, that is somehow suspicious? What if my phone is dead? What if I have it on silent so I can get some sleep? This is a non-issue IMO.

BTW iPhones have a night mode where the user can set what time of night it will automatically go silent.

I'm not sure what the phone donation box is that you are referring to, but the ones I am aware of, you can donate an old cell phone (usually for battered women, soldiers, underprivileged etc), it is just a donation box - you don't actually get paid for it.

I don't necessarily find it suspicious, but it has been used on this forum as reason for suspicion. Especially paired with the fact that he never called her the next day etc. after she told him she was coming home.
