So if my girlfriend bombards me with 15 texts/calls at 3:30 in the morning and I don't immediately respond, that is somehow suspicious? What if my phone is dead? What if I have it on silent so I can get some sleep? This is a non-issue IMO.

BTW iPhones have a night mode where the user can set what time of night it will automatically go silent.

ive been trying to say this all along. i will 100% admit to being a crazy girlfriend in the past. pssh, probably still now but whatever, lol. there were nights when i would make plenty more than 15 calls to a bf during a fight and i completely dont blame them for not answering and turning off their phone. no one wants to deal with that in the middle of the night when they know you're only calling to fight.. and then if they didnt see or hear from me from days, they would assume im mad about the fight/ignored calls and id show up when i was done being stubborn...

Two separate things, I saw a clothing donation box just off of Custer and 121, you just open the little door and throw the stuff in. I just had a moment where I thought hmmmm if you drop clothes, bags, whatever in there where does it go and do they check that stuff against some list of items LE is looking for from crimes that have been committed?

The phone box is totally different, just a box I guess you put a phone in and sell for cash. Like the red box for movies.

I'm not sure what the phone donation box is that you are referring to, but the ones I am aware of, you can donate an old cell phone (usually for battered women, soldiers, underprivileged etc), it is just a donation box - you don't actually get paid for it.

I don't think it is in his car JMO.....I think we would know that information.

oh no, i meant i dont think he would have kept it in his car any longer than he kept her in his car.. like, i dont think he would have left her somewhere and took her things to dispose of them. i think he would have left all of her things with her.

I know at the Walmart near me in plano there is a machine where you can sell back your phone, kind of like a reverse vending machine and I believe there is one in willowbend mall. However, that would leave a paper trail for sure. Let's hope he was that foolish!

And plenty of guys who have ignored calls for days

We don't know if he called her the next day or not....that information has not been released. We also don't know if he tried to call EA.....well some may know but it hasn't been released. :-)

I don't necessarily find it suspicious, but it has been used on this forum as reason for suspicion. Especially paired with the fact that he never called her the next day etc. after she told him she was coming home.

Yes yes yes, that is what I was talking about! So there is one at Stonebriar and Collin Creek Mall also I see. Just a thought. It might be really dumb thing to do but hey, so is 15 lies to LE when you are on cctv. JMO

Haha, okay does anyone care to add anything to the list of suspicion on HF? I swear that dominated the conversation earlier today so I was attempting to show both sides, not that I necessarily agree with it. So far all we have is that they were in a fight & he had possibly cheated on her

I read the entire thing and it looks pretty accurate to me! I have nothing to add.

HF volunteered his phone to le as well as a polygraph and has had no inconstancies whatsoever in where he was when she went missing, and furthermore has tried to help in any and every way possible. He speaks to the family almost daily. The only thing holding him back from helping more is the select few of witch hunters who harass him at every corner when he comes out to help. Also, his phone being turned over to le allowed them to figure out ea's phone number and ran its course to where we are now with ea's phone being restored to factory.
Please note volunteer and consent are two different things. He VOLUNTEERED his phone, a polygraph and much more

IMO based on what I have seen, there is about as much of a chance of hf being involved in her disappearance as there are a chance of aliens abducting her

  • #633
He retweets Christina's stuff all the time. Not dark. Christina's social media team pulls and retweets his stuff too. This is not true.
I'm not a twitter superstar, lol. I looked but couldn't find HF's twitter. Would you mind providing his twitter name?

How do you know Hunter didn't contact EA? How do we know that EA didn't lie to HIM about where Christina was? We don't. But whether Hunter called him after has not been released. I can tell you though I'm sure the family would wouldn't be supportive of him if he hadn't. jMO

I know this has been said many times. HF is guilty of not being as attentive or worried as he should have been. I do not believe he is guilty of anything more than that. Can someone point me back to the discussion or MSM of Hunter's trip out of state in the week or so following Christina's disappearance? This was early on if I remember correctly. They traveled a specific route to a casino and were posting flyers?

ETA nevermind: found it

*raises hand* Been that girl and had a boyfriend like that** (many years ago) IMO-it is not suspicious that he didn't answer those calls.

No, someone just said that upthread, maybe a page ago, so I added it because I didn't want it to look like I wasn't including info on HF. I asked for a link but have not received.

Didn't the
post say if his phone was off?
If????

JMOM or carlton dance: can you say why Hunter and his father decided to head to OK and post flyers at truck stops and at the Choctaw casino in OK early on in the search? Was there some lead that she had possibly been transported that route?

I apologize, I know this was probably discussed at length

McElroy said he and his father drove up to Choctaw Casino in Durant, Okla. and distributed flyers at truck stops and other locations along the way.

What I have shared on hf I feel has more than enough cleared him in my eyes. Not sure what else could be said if he is still thought as guilty by some.

No I was meaning this, say EA needs to dispose of her things, could he drop her bag and clothes in the donation box and phone at the phone box thing and make a little cash? Just using him as example but could someone do that? And then where would those items go? Do those type places check for crime evidence when they collect the clothes donations and phones being sold in those boxes?
I don't know about donation boxes, but I have used one of the phone kiosks for an old broken phone. The thing scanned my drivers license and had a camera like an atm.

All phones have an identification number usually called an IME, so when they gather the phones they collect the IME and there is a centralized database system to run the numbers against to see if they have been reported lost or stolen. So I think the phone would have been discovered if someone went that route and they would be on camera using the kiosk.

Just a note, I used to manage a cell phone store for a different major retailer than sprint and people would come in all the time to try and activate a phone they had purchased from Craigslist or ebay and they wouldn't be able to because it was on the national lost or stolen list. If you ever buy a phone from one of these places ask them for the IME so you can check it yourself and make sure it is clear to use. Their ate a few free websites now that allow you to do this. My life tip for the day :)
