BBM - Me too. That's what I thought for the longest time. Injuries, cleaning the car at 10:15 when he was supposed to be at work, dry/wet vac'ing the car while he was at work, the phone.....doesn't add up.

Remember a while back Carlton told us the reason they were able to figure out what he was doing with the phones(i.e. stealing and switching out) because LE was able to trace the text messages and voice mail sent to HF by Christina using EAs phone? And that's how he was caught stealing, thus spending a week in jail in September.

And in the interview with the coworker from Sprint it was reported that he had taken phones previously. Since it wasn't the first time to do it I'm sure he knew how to wipe it clean.

Oh yes, those patches can be very deadly. There have been a few kids who even slapped on several , 4-8 of nicotine patches. Crazy!
I have also heard of people slitting them open and consuming orally- very dangerous.

Yes we had many talks about that here in the 1st handful of weeks ... Try Bethany Lakes area .. IIRC there are 3 entrances and exits

Correct. Known among the high school crowd as a place to get high.

Thank you so much. I found it on the map-WOW-close to kroger's. Can anyone say if this has been searched? I apologize if this has been discussed before, I am a visual map kind of person, I need to see it to understand locations.

Fentanyl or nicotine? Seems like youth is increasingly desperate and heedless when it comes to altering consciousness. It's a scary world they find themselves in. My heart aches for so many of them..........all of us, FTM.

Anyone that thinks Ea is innocent...can u help us with what Cindyrella has asked.

I for one do not think Arochi is 100% innocent NOR do I think it is fair to speculate that
he is 100% deserving of death row . No one is clear in my book.
As far as getting out of the garage .. possible blind spot, malfunction of motion detection camera - poor lighting -poor quality of interior cameras??
I keep reading the affidavit over and over at this point.
Here is what I said in my previous post :
Look, if I could write a law for idiots and dummy in this or similar type situation .. his picture would be next to the law..
(here is what I think about the misleading and not being correct and direct with answers) Why did he not say then where and how ???
He did not think things out, scared, confused, off meds, did not understand the question IDK dumb explanation JMO~

I have heard about that too. It always amazes me what people will do for a high or a low or just as a dare. When I was in my teens and early 20's the worse thing going around was acid & heroin. The stuff that is going around now scares that crap out of me. I understand why younger generations do it, I was no angel myself. But in this day and time, SMH, it is not worth dying for. And dealers get their kicks making stuff that will kill someone.

Yep, what happened to the good old days of getting into your parents liquor cabinet.... So sad the youth have sooo many choices and dangers. :-(

"Rotating 3 of them at a time" [I envision -like a stockbroker] per the employees he managed ..*note* they do sound a bit disgruntled -accuracy of their observation may be a bit skewed

Doesn't he have a death penalty specialist as an attorney?
I agree with some of what you say, but can't buy the "He did not think things out, scared, confused, off meds, did not understand the question." excuse.

Excuse ? Not ... I said IDK dumb explanations JMO~..trying to think like a 23/24yr old again is hard!!
Yes the DP Attorney .. Honestly .. I do not think he got him based on that .. a logical explanation would be he might have asked for best Defense Atty and could have been a referral. JMO~

Or the guy is doing it for free since it may be a high profile case. (Publicity)

Respectfully disagree; I believe they specifically (and logically) looked for a top DP attorney.

His defense attorney is not one of those, "hey! I need a referral for the best defense attorney in Dallas...." type of attorneys. He is a bada**, high priced defense attorney to some of the most elite, and high profile cases in the area.

I doubt it was just a referral for "a good defense atty." jmo

That is what I have been told, as well... $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Let's be real...

He didn't get an attorney until he did all the media interviews and it bit him in the butt. He had some spokesperson acting as his attorney.

It's not that unbelievable an attorney saw him in TV doing his awful interviews, thought "wow! This kid needs help and it could benefit me. Let me give him a call." And worked it out with him.

Don't think his financial situation is that fab being unemployed now and living with mom and pops. So I'm just observing.
Happens.

Who knows.

I think they were explaining why they were suspicious of EA based on his behavior at work. I don't see that as "disgruntled". MOO
