GUILTY TX - Christina Morris, 23, Plano, 30 August 2014 - #18 *Arrest*

I did a search & an address came up on Forest Ln & 635... looks like some small businesses.. maybe he used to work there? I noticed a wooded area next to it that seems to go down to a creek & under Forest Ln... Probably nothing... but caught my eye.. wonder if he is familiar with that area.. probably out of his way from that evening, but looks like a good hiding place, from what I could see....

635 is under so much construction. I can't imagine anyone hiding anything there.

Anyone that thinks Ea is innocent...can u help us with what Cindyrella has asked.

I can only speak for myself, but I don't think he's innocent but mostly there's not enough to convince he's guilty. Innocent until proven guiltty and all that.

Seems like just about all lawyers in TX would be death penalty qualified...

He states investigators went to Oklahoma ...

Other than that I think that is all we can say about him since his name has not ever been released.

I'm just now catching up and WOW! There are a lot of things that make me think EA could be guilty, but I can't get past LE NOT naming him as POI. If the cameras were able to spot Christina's car pulling in, how did they not spot what happened that night? Either his car was not as close as they say or they are holding back a lot of info. And if they're holding back that info, then why?

Do we have LE proof that EA had said bruises, limp and bite marks or is that hearsay from co-workers?

Technicality. Innocent or not guilty........being discussed here on WS.

Honestly, right now, at this point, if this case were at trial, I would want to see DNA. I want to see Christina's DNA in EA's car. If they don't have DNA, then I want to see the CCTV of her getting into his vehicle. If they don't have CCTV of her getting into his vehicle then I want a body.

LE stated they observed bruises on his right forearm in the warrant. LE stated they knew about the bite mark in an article from the Fort Worth Star-Telegram Hibiscus posted today. One of the VIs alluded that a picture might exist of the bite mark.

My guess is they want him to feel comfortable to think he's not a POI so he'll slip up as he's doing a lot of that. Huh. I hope they have something soon since they were searching and they don't go searching just to search.

It certainly doesn't sound like the picketing of his home helped him feel nice and comfy and not a POI. Unless the idea was for the family to make someone else feel like they weren't a POI. Not a fan of the picketing.

At risk of getting the dead horse emoticon, HF also said that he'd have to live with this for the rest of his life. (not reporting CM missing and letting 4 days pass.) How did he know at the time of that interview that CM was not coming back?

Then I proved to myself (via LinkIn) that HF attended Allen High.

Since several of us recalled HF went to Allen, it confused me when carltondance answered HF attended Plano High. Why?

Remember, WS rules don't dictate what we have to believe. For me, when it comes down to it, I want to rely on verified information.

As far as HF goes, his remarks are a judgement call since none of the details about him are public.

I certainly understand why EA is undesirable #1, but why haven't LE named him as such? There is so much circumstantial evidence against him. I've seen many other cases that do not have as much evidence yet a POI has been named. I just don't understand why there isn't more movement against EA from LE unless they really don't know and are focusing on him because he was last to be seen with her.

If LE want him to feel comfy that they aren't liking him as perp, then they haven't done a good job in making everyone else follow.

Question for the VI, is LE keeping the family updated? I've followed many cases where LE doesn't keep the vic's family in the know. I don't blame them really if they're trying to build a case. Just curious if Christina's family is being updated by LE on a consistent basis.

Wondering if some news will come out next week. You learn a lot being ,ore involved and it's hard not to be able to discuss some things. I don't want to find a body so my hopes the reason they were there was not for that but it's been over three months, we know she wouldn't leave in her own and if she was kidnapped and got away she would come home, if she was kidnapped/abducted and harmed there is no telling. I'm trying to be positive of her being alive UNTIL we do have a body.

I have stated before, VIs are definitely valuable, but we can't put 100% faith in them and still be objective especially when LE has not named anyone as suspect or POI. It would be counterproductive to follow one theory when said theory has not been 100% validated by LE.

To me, it's about connecting the dots. There is pretty much a common thread to the party that night, most of the people at the party, at least when it was 4 or 5 (I believe we could be up to 10 now) went to Allen High School at the same time. HP and ALP also went to Allen HS - why would they boycott the party? Was the argument between CM and HP about the get together that Friday night? I know.. I know... Can't go there.

I really dont think he needs the publicity for more clients. He's done far more high profile cases than this one.

Carlton mentioned possibly a picture of his bite mark. Is that skewed as well? Doesn't make sense. It would be one thing if one employee was disgruntled with EA. I think it was employees....maybe they all got together and decided to create a story for Le.....(lol)....possible but not probable!
