Now I am wondering .. you would think with now up to 10 people at the bars,getting food and back to PP's at least one of them would get her clothing description correct..

I'm seriously questioning the 10 people statement. EA hasn't proven to be exactly truthful. This is another one I'm not quite buying and certainly don't believe 10 people went to Whataburger together and were all at the apartment at 3:30 in the morning. MOO

Just down 78 from the Sprint store is Firewheel Mall. Across from Firewheel, to the north, is some undeveloped land. When the mall first opened, I would look at that parcel of land and think (being the morbid person I am) that it would be a place someone would find a deceased person that met with foul play. There is a gravel or dirt road that leads back into the woods that an American sports car could probably manage to navigate. Not a smart choice, since there are apartments across the way (next to the mall). Earlier this year two Wylie High School students were caught trying to bury the body of one of their classmates in that location. Someone had seen the suspects go back there and called it in, IIRC. If I didn't have a toddler I would wander back there and take a look. But who knows? Maybe it's already been searched? Maybe there is so much built up there now that the chance of that happening would be remote? I would love for Christina to come home unharmed, of course. But my hope is dwindling.

I think they were explaining why they were suspicious of EA based on his behavior at work. I don't see that as "disgruntled". MOO

The employees were talking about how he looked at worked...and witnessed a bite mark. I feel like I'm dealing with EA' s defense team...lol...just a joke love to all!

Can I ask why? I've been to whataburger many times with lots of friends. And I've seen lots of people there together. I realize they did not eat inside the store, but what is so weird about that many people wanting whataburger? Whataburger is THE place to go to aftter a night of drinking/drugging. Once upon a time it was one of the few places that was open tthat late.

I realize they did not eat inside the store, but what is so weird about that many people wanting whataburger? Whataburger is THE place to go to aftter a night of drinking/drugging. Once upon a time it was one of the few places that was open tthat late.

I really dont think he needs the publicity for more clients. He's done far more high profile cases than this one.

In my state, defense attorneys are required to take on TWO court appointed cases per year pro bono.
A friend of mine has recently gotten in trouble. He was lucky enough to fall into the hands of one of the biggest and most expensive defense attorneys...pro bono. Just sayin'.

Honestly, right now, at this point, if this case were at trial, I would want to see DNA. I want to see Christina's DNA in EA's car. If they don't have DNA, then I want to see the CCTV of her getting into his vehicle. If they don't have CCTV of her getting into his vehicle then I want a body.

If I were a betting man, I'd place all my money on the DNA evidence!

I'm not sure what everyone else is doing, but I have not turned by brain over to anyone. My theories about this case are based on multiple pieces of the puzzle with VIs being just one piece of that puzzle. Their word is not the end all, be all for me...but I definitely consider and appreciate it. And others might not, but I'm cutting them some slack as I imagine they are more frazzled than we are...people handle stuff differently.

I wish I had something new and useful to add but sadly, I've got nothing. I hope something breaks in this case soon :/ Let's all hope for some good news this Thanksgiving week.

I was referring to the publicity for more clients..I had an attorney not too long ago pro bono and everyone knew it...I think that would surface that
Mr . Johnson was doing this pro bono....if he is defending that other high profile case does it make sense for him to take on a pro bono case now? Gosh, he would never sleep!

Ok, I know this has been asked but I don't recall an answer. If police are out searching now, as if they have some new information, then wouldn't it be a good time for Texas Eq search to come back? I am kind of puzzled about why they would not come back? I know they have to be called in by certain people, but why aren't they being called in? Why do you guys think they haven't come back but PPD are out searching again?

If he's not doing it pro bono wonder why someone is shelling out so much money for a high-dollar defense attorney when charges haven't even been filed. IMO that is pretty telling in and of itself.

and imo, the other case is higher profile.
