I didn't quite grasp the importance of where HF went to school when these posts were going on but it seems to have passed now.

I simply responded to a poster who said they were trying to figure out if the people from the party were also friends of HF or not. In the past it had been mentioned that these were ALP's friends and not HF's and saying that there was divide of sorts. I think the poster just wanted to know if the whole group that we have heard about know each other. I think it was simply a fact establishing question. When another poster responded with an incorrect answer I just wanted to post the correct one. That's all.
I'm not sure why it was wrong of me to correct that information but I guess I'll keep it to myself next time! I'm a fast learner!

I dont think the attorney could be pro bono/assigned from the court yet. He hasnt been charged with anything.

I think you're correct. He would just be guiding EA in how to act or speak and what NOT to do/speak for him to media I think!

Thats a shame CookieM but I do understand after all of the posts I saw during the night. This right here is just one of the reasons I feel we are like hamsters on a treadmill here. I sure hope you will continue to post information you see as inaccurate or a typo or mistake or whatever.

Let talk about how EA's car got damaged and also I am so curious as to why he wasn't limping in the video walking to the garage but he was when he got to work? Also, I wonder if he was limping on the Kroger video when he was sqeegie'g his trunk?

Good point. IF he did it pro bono, he could have done it not because it was court appointed, but because he honestly felt a need to help or for publicity. I've never heard of him and probably others on here haven't as well. If he gets enough publicity it could pay off in higher retainers down the road.

Hopefully because that was my intention! You have to understand that from the beginning of this thread we have been so used to posting and including links so other posters can look and read and draw their own conclusions from what is presented -- and that's the kind of person I am, so I welcome that! I appreciate that you speak with the family and are privy to certain things but I really wish and hope you could see that for some people like me being able to have access to the media reports or public records or whatever may be available is so important. I'm never calling you a liar and honestly sometimes you mention things and there IS a link and someone may ask for it, but that doesn't mean people don't believe you, I for one just like to see things in front of me. For instance, I think once you mentioned something that was in the warrant and I went back to read it again, NOT because I thought you were lying, but because I thought: ohhhh yeah.... And wanted to pick apart more details.

It's my opinion that everyone's input can be valuable. We just really need to keep the focus on finding Christina. It's sad because we are getting close to 1000 posts again....

Do u think the brother he woke up at 4am could have helped him that morning? I mean why did he wake him up at 4am because he had to be at work at 8? He said that in the CW33 interview and I thought it was odd. I wouldn't wake someone up at 4am I would be quiet coming in so I didn't wake anyone.

Do we know if cadaver dogs were used when they searched EA's car? If, God forbid, she was deceased and was placed in the trunk, how quickly would a scent set in? Also, if a car is completely cleaned and detailed, does that scent go away? I want to say I remember a case, Ayla Reynolds maybe? where a scent was detected way later in the bedroom.

Do we know the exact nature of the damage to his car?

I think you are kind in your reasoning. But, CM's family isn't afraid to put their eggs in one basket, so WS needn't be afraid for them. Some ideas, IMO, are just chatter.....maybe interesting-to-entertain chatter, but not pertinent. Other ideas are diversionary, leading us away from known facts. Some ideas plant loaded words in our mind which put a confusing spin on the facts. Sleuthing isn't just about possibilities imagined.

I have theories, but I would not state them to "entertain" and the pertinence has yet to be seen. Imo, posters' various views are not "diversionary;" And as for me, (and others, I'm sure) they are my sincere ideas in trying to help. Even if I disagree with something that I read, I don't consider it "spin." I consider it food for thought. Also, imo, sleuthing does significantly include possibilities ... and this requires imagination and thinking outside the box in order to formulate, then articulate the possibilities put forth for consideration.

It's all good, sleuthers. The only time I ever seem to crack a smile while on here is when someone writes about the "squeegee-ing" part, so thanks for that this morning, JMOM. It's so easy to get off track, I'm guilty as well. There's just so much info out there. Yes, the school is important because even though they have been out for 5 years, some people hold a grudge for years. We do know that EA got into something after 4am and Christina hasn't been seen since. LE has more than we know at this point, I hope SO much more, still they have to have their ducks lined up, especially if they are going against this attorney.

My opinion is that he didn't wake the brother up to help him. Just from what I can sleuth and report on, it looks like the younger brother has some good things going on his life. He may have even always been the "golden child" while EA was the troubled one. JMO!! I think he was probably inconsiderate and woke the brother up. JMO

As soon as the mods give the nod, I will be glad to do that. Not saying I think EA is innocent, just that it is not as cut and dried as it appears IMO IMO IMO
