Great discussion. So we all know now that HF, EA, and Christina all went to Allen High School. Now what's next on the discussion agenda? Let talk about how EA's car got damaged and also I am so curious as to why he wasn't limping in the video walking to the garage but he was when he got to work? Also, I wonder if he was limping on the Kroger video when he was sqeegie'g his trunk?

Wow! I would have thought either you or Carltondance would know if his limp was on the Kroger video.

I believe it has been stated on here that EA said to a co-worker (in the search warrant?) that he got the bruises and bite mark in a fight. I don't know if he said the same about the limp. Limp - injured knee or ankle? I've sprained an ankle many a time on something as simple as stepping on small rock in the dark and turning it so one would think that an easy excuse could be made there. I'm curious that there are bruises on the hand (or hands) and on the forearm as those would be indicative of a fight. But no scratches?

My opinion is that he didn't wake the brother up to help him. Just from what I can sleuth and report on, it looks like the younger brother has some good things going on his life. He may have even always been the "golden child" while EA was the troubled one. JMO!! I think he was probably inconsiderate and woke the brother up. JMO

I tend to agree with this that he was being noisy in a panic. Maybe he has a history of freaking out or having loud panic attacks from his meds possibly leading to the accident and his brother is a light sleeper.
I'm wondering though if his mom would have protected and helped him and he mentions the brother to protect her. Remember moms see past a child's errors and I'm not saying she did do this but what if, first born, wants to keep him from harm or possibly prison in this case.

Do u think the brother he woke up at 4am could have helped him that morning? I mean why did he wake him up at 4am because he had to be at work at 8? He said that in the CW33 interview and I thought it was odd. I wouldn't wake someone up at 4am I would be quiet coming in so I didn't wake anyone.
Did it sound like he woke him up on purpose, or could he have meant he accidentally woke him up?
The idea of re-watching the interview is just too much for my stomach.

@Cindyrella - I was going to copy your post but I think it is gone?? Anyway your last paragraph you said for posters to state who, where, what (paraphrasing) on any other suspects. As soon as the mods give the nod, I will be glad to do that. Not saying I think EA is innocent, just that it is not as cut and dried as it appears IMO IMO IMO

I definitely don't think EA acted alone in the end. Can you state your theories without names?

May not be important but do they live in a 2 story house? Do we know if he only woke the brother up? Was brother maybe asleep on the couch (maybe watching SNL, crashed) so he couldn't help but wake him up? What he said to his brother is MUY importante! Even if it was just boo-hooing about his car, he said something that I hope the brother told LE honestly.

I can imagine a scenario where EA's anger spiraled out of control. I'm not sure whether I think it was a denied sexual advance, something Christina said that set him off, she grabbed the wheel and caused the car damage, he was mad about wrecking his own car, or a drug induced rage. I find any of those plausible combined with what feelings he may already have about Christina. She cheated on his friend and he hasn't forgot that. I don't know his relationship with HF but maybe EA and HF were friends before the fallout from the cheating on ( I forgot the ex's initials...ALP?) to be blunt, he lost his temper and took it out on Christina. I think he could have anger issues based on what coworkers have said. He killed her in a rage or when he got scared of how far he had already taken it. She fought him hard and I think that pissed him off more. That's a scenario I could find possible, that it was a crime of passion. I think if this was pre-planned, it seemingly would have been planned better. Some sort of alibi would have made sense.

LE has not real send any video except the walking to the garage video so.....

If he did hurt Christina.....I hope she kicked him so hard he was limping! JMO

Yes it's definitely a two story per Collin county tax office and it's stated at top of this search warrant.

It was odd. He just said and I woke my brother up cause I had to be at work at 8. Well now he's 3 hours late to work. We were giving him benefit of the doubt that he had to be there at 9 in earlier thread cause we just weren't sure. So now he's at Kroger sqeegie'g his car 2 hours and 15 minutes late. But in the same interview he said he fingerprint logged in? Oh my word the lies lies lies!! Makes it hard to find another POI when everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie! JMO

Sorry for the graphic nature of what I'm about ask.....

Do we know if cadaver dogs were used when they searched EA's car? If, God forbid, she was deceased and was placed in the trunk, how quickly would a scent set in? Also, if a car is completely cleaned and detailed, does that scent go away? I want to say I remember a case, Ayla Reynolds maybe? where a scent was detected way later in the bedroom.

Do we know the exact nature of the damage to his car?

I don't recall dogs being brought in and if I remember someone in law enforcement on here, maybe Agent said some things dogs find are not or can't be used as evidence in a case maybe. I would have to go back and find that post or look up why they haven't. But I thought same thing early on a scent from her car while it was still fresh from her being in it four days prior or so but now the scent may not be as strong. I would think it can't hurt. Seems to me I've seen other scenarios and cases use them. So why not or why haven't they yet seems like a great question. Wish I knew the answer.

Hey JMOM! So glad you are back. Your insight is invaluable IMO!

Someone thru it out yesterday that the brother might not have even been home that weekend. After thinking about it, how do we know he was? From EA I think. And it's hard to believe anything he says.

Thoughts on the brother not being home at all?

You type jmo, but it's mine too!
I can't stand a liar.

I thought that him mentioning that he woke up his brother in that interview came off so unnatural. There was no reason to mention that unless he's saying that is his alibi. Which is why his brother was questioned several times. PPD ain't buying it.

Yes, but I did get the impression that LE said something to JM early on about the video of 3 cars leaving the garage and I thought LE might have said something to her about the Kroger interview. Most security videos don't take as many frames per minute as a home video as they are intended to capture what a possible thief looks like or license plate. Also by fewer frames they can get more time on recording medium. Unfortunately, this leads to jerky video and they may not be able to detect a limp in the video.

But LE has said nothing about scratch marks? On the limp, it wouldn't take a strong kick to injury a knee, so yes, I hope he was limping for a while!

Here's an article on SAR (search and rescue dogs) http://www.nasar.org/page/49/Canine-Fact-Sheet

I couldn't find any information of it not being helpful and couldn't find any claims or articles where searches with dogs can't be used in court so maybe PPD will call upon a SAR K-9 unit. Looks like one article says a scent can last for a long time so hopefully her scent is still prominent in her car.

And thats actually a good thought. Maybe his lawyer's team is on here but I don't think it is the people who joined WS months prior to this case due to interest in other cases. That does not even compute IMO. Maybe some brand new people who jumped in with no earlier posts (like starting in thread one and before EA was even identified) I could see, but just because some on here are not ready to put the needle in EA's arm quite yet doesn't mean we are council's defense. But like I said, I could see it happening. In Casey Anthony's case, they actually polled people to see their reaction on what she wore in court. The long sleeved button down shirts with a collar won out. Interesting stuff. JMO.
I was referring to what does compute.

I'm sure you know attorneys have more than just themselves in their offices. They have paralegals and often times other attorneys working in their firm. The fact that no case has even been formally put against EA, would make plenty of time for his attorney to handle both cases. Attorneys do multiple cases is my point.
One sluether reminded us in an earlier post that Ea "hired" PJ. The above statement was put out there to discredit what I said

Thank you for this. Yes, it stemmed from a possible incorrect answer IMO from VI Carlton. So what - he made a mistake...it happens. Others were trying to clear it up and from there, it became non-productive and personal IMO.[/QUOTE
I pray today is the day she is found!!

I can't stand a liar.

Completely agree he's a liar and I can't stand liars so makes me feel even more so he's guilty, but unfortunately without all the evidence for now he's only guilty of lying and according to cops interfering with their search. So he's basically put a target on his own head for PPD to want to prove even More that he is the perp, but like many cases they solved they were super quite about their evidence but when it did hit the media it was a bucket list of evidence. Praying they are getting the evidence needed. Also praying anyone at all who has one slight bit of information about that night that links him to having Christina I his car will come forward as a witness.
