Usually I have an opinion on someone but watching the BF just confuses me. I cannot decide if he is sincere or acting.

McElroy did her best to put rumors to rest, insisting that Morris’ boyfriend has been nothing but cooperative in light of his girlfriend’s disappearance.

“He and his father went all the way up to Choctaw [Casino] and dropped her flyers everywhere – every truck stop, every restaurant, every convenience store – and they covered a lot of ground,” she said. “He feels like an idiot for waiting four days. It was a typical boyfriend/girlfriend fight, and he just really wishes he would have contacted us. He said he has to live with that for the rest of his life.

Live with WHAT the rest of his life?! He doesn't know if she is alive and coming home or not at this point...right? This statement bothers me.

I don't like the interview at all now that I have seen it especially after the statement he made to her mother. He doesn't come across as truthful, but he does seem remorseful...but for what? An odd and sketchy interview.

The only redlight ticket I've ever received was RIGHT THERE at legacy/tollway northbound for not stopping long enough for the right on red... that thing is sensitive!

If that joint is surrounded by sensitive red light cameras, they should have the license plates of every car that passed through them at that hour, no? It couldn't have been that many. JMO.

Hi there, Just joining in.. I just saw the video of the bf and he looks more like the type that gets anxious in front of an audience. I act the same way in when the attention is all on me. Given the type of attention he is currently getting from most of the public, I would be nervous in front of a camera too. I did not get a negative vibe from his interview.

:welcome: Fnurse. Looking forward to your contribution

:welcome6: Nice to have you here, Fnurse!

While I do appreciate the whole shyness of cameras and attention some people experience, I feel some of his "angst" was for show more than for actual nervousness. However, I don't know the young man and he could act that way all the time so you could be correct. Let's see how it goes with his next interview. ;)

There sure are a bunch of apartments there. How do know that someone in those apartments didn't grab her?
That is my thinking also, that she is in that area, apts.

" i just want her to come home .. And be alive ..."
Because you know she isn 't ?

I'm not sure about what I saw in the interview, sincerity didn't come through for me but he's a young guy and people react differently under stress or suspicion, imo.

I really don't think the bf has anything to do with it. If the bf had something to do with it I think the mother would be the first person to suspect him, and how could she sit next to him and claim he is not involved if she had any suspicions. I'm pretty sure she knows a lot more than we do.

Morning everybody! Thanks for the links and great comments! :sigh: Sounds like the jury is still out on the BF. Have to be careful now in mentioning areas searched because LE confirmed Holly Bobo's skull/remains were found in an area previously searched and I know they searched good for her. Maybe the searches need to be urban and not rural. We never see her leaving the parking garage. Like we have seen before, she could be stuffed in a wall. Or a suitcase. My goodness the mind is boggled and sad. The thought of the killer being a transient type person is scary too and no DNA in the system. Too much this morning. Need caffeine.
