Sorry back to the bite mark, it had to be there. It is listed in the warrant and Enrique said it happened in a bar fight. He did not deny the bite mark.
Sorry but the Sprint Guy statement or allegations is not going to push an arrest.. Only solid evidence of a crime.
Yes lets get back to the Alleged bite mark. Never 1 time that EA was interviewed /questioned and observed by PPD/LE/Investigator was there any notation of alleged bite mark .. that came from some sprint guy that was EA's employee on the 10th of Sept.
EA was interviewed and questioned 3x from the 3rd of Sept to the 4th of Sept ..all in the affidavit.
If LE/PPD/Investigator personally notated it as being an injury of concern to warrant further examination,I can see it being really hinky. But as it is now.. There is not enough substantial evidence to name him a Suspect or he would have been arrested. PPD told Quintanilla the same thing per this MSM Report. Not only that ..but yes they have tried to build a case against EA.

More than two months after Christina Morris went missing, Plano police are shedding light on the case they tried to build against
the last person seen with her that late August night. Police have not named Arochi, or anyone else, as a suspect in the case.
Carlos Quintanilla, an attorney for the Arochi family, said that police told him the evidence does not necessarily mean a crime
occured."He said, 'Quite frankly, if we had enough evidence, we would have already arrested Enrique Arochi,'"
