Sorry back to the bite mark, it had to be there. It is listed in the warrant and Enrique said it happened in a bar fight. He did not deny the bite mark.

Sorry but the Sprint Guy statement or allegations is not going to push an arrest.. Only solid evidence of a crime.
Yes lets get back to the Alleged bite mark. Never 1 time that EA was interviewed /questioned and observed by PPD/LE/Investigator was there any notation of alleged bite mark .. that came from some sprint guy that was EA's employee on the 10th of Sept.
EA was interviewed and questioned 3x from the 3rd of Sept to the 4th of Sept ..all in the affidavit.

If LE/PPD/Investigator personally notated it as being an injury of concern to warrant further examination,I can see it being really hinky. But as it is now.. There is not enough substantial evidence to name him a Suspect or he would have been arrested. PPD told Quintanilla the same thing per this MSM Report. Not only that ..but yes they have tried to build a case against EA.

More than two months after Christina Morris went missing, Plano police are shedding light on the case they tried to build against

the last person seen with her that late August night. Police have not named Arochi, or anyone else, as a suspect in the case.

Carlos Quintanilla, an attorney for the Arochi family, said that police told him the evidence does not necessarily mean a crime

occured."He said, 'Quite frankly, if we had enough evidence, we would have already arrested Enrique Arochi,'"

Is Quintanilla an attorney? I am so confused by his role. LOL

IMO PPD hasn't said much of anything to MSM and for that I'm sort of glad. I'm perfectly content with them keeping it all to themselves. They know what they are doing. JMO tho.

I'm not sure I would give that particular media report a whole lot of credibility. To my knowledge Carlos is not an attorney and IMO isn't exactly credible. That's just MOO.

NBC 5's Johnny Archer and Scott Gordon contributed to this report. Johnny Archer has been pretty spot on before ..

But fair enough... If they have all the evidence needed for conviction then arrest right away.. otherwise it is all speculation and hearsay until they can get into a court setting and put everyone under oath I guess IDK ..JMO~

It has been stated that EA has hired a DA (I know there is a link somewhere).. I keep trying to put myself in EA's position (which is HARD to do!).. If I was 100% innocent & had absolutely nothing to do with CM missing, why would I hire an attorney? I am not a suspect.. not a POI... I haven't been arrested... I would shout from the rooftops proclaiming my innocence.. I would only hire an attorney if I was actually arrested & charged.. but maybe that's just me & I'm missing something here...

Respectfully, I completely disagree.
If people were naming me in the media and picketing outside my house....I would hire the best attorney money could buy. Guilty or innocent. But that's just me.

Agreed seems like a big financial responsibility for a young man without a job to take on. I have a son close to his age. No way I would take on that expense either if my son was innocent. I would just encourage him to do the right thing and be honest. My parents always taught me honesty is the best policy. But that's JMO.

Maybe so.....I can see your point with that. But a death penalty criminal attorney though? Not sure I would go to that extreme. Just me tho and of course MOO. :-)

Point well taken... and that's sort of what I'm questioning.. Maybe I would too, but not being in that position I guess it is hard to say. Depending how you look at it, it almost seems like an admission of guilt & on the other hand it makes some sense... IDK

Thanks for the facts, txyorkiemom. I appreciate the links and documents and the time you take to post them.
Appreciated.

Many many cases they don't name the POI and it's clear who the POI is. PPD not naming EA a POI doesn't change my opinion. First that comes to mind is Erin Corwin. It always seemed LE wasn't doing anything- weren't even sharing much with family and all along they had their POI and stated the same as here...not a POI.

I mention Erin because she was recent and got a lot of press (for the most part not nearly enough IMO- but she was on the cover of people magazine)

Edited to say- I am of course open to others involved. If he didn't do it then he has vital information IMO. I do think though it's as *simple* as a SA and he damaged his car hiding her. Hate typing any of that and don't mean to minimize anything by saying "simple". But I just don't think it's any more complicated than that or involves tons of people. IMO of course-I hope that's not the case and she comes home alive and well :(

Some people just want "the best". Maybe the intention was not a death penalty attorney. Just "the best".
Being a parent...to me it makes sense. This is not a minor situation. What EA is being accused of (by family, friends) is very very serious. I understand the family going for a top notch attorney.

Of course you would encourage your son to be honest as would anyone here. Agreed!
What if the honest part and "the right thing" of this is that EA didn't harm Christina? EA tried to say that on camera and got picked apart. I believe him.

I respect your opinion and am very familiar with your stance on the issue. I just keep going back to the lies, injuries, damage to his vehicle, and the bite mark. I just can't shake that. JMO

Regarding the car damage...if you can answer. Did LE, actually, see the damage? Or was it repaired immediately? TIA

They saw it. In the warrant it states the photos were taken to Huffines to have the damage looked at there at the body shop. That's when we learned that his account for the damage was he punched and hit with his forearm I believe he said, and body shop said the damage was not caused by a punch or hit by forearm. Just paraphrasing. Too sick to go link searching. But it's in the warrant. Maybe affidavit as well.

If I had the money, I probably would, too......especially if there was so much circumstantial evidence pointing in my direction and I had lied from the getgo.
