I can promise you that Christina did not just walk away from her parents, siblings, and Madden. That is not the case here. I wish it were. But IMO this is just not the case. I hope nothing more than she is safe sipping drinks on a beach somewhere but if she were, her mother would know it.

If these are friends and she tells them she is leaving and not to say anything They wont!
If no one harmed her there is no crime.
And I have seen women leave their children, husbands their lives to start over.
.
Its very possible she left on her own

U need legal advice.
What to do what not to do.
Its just smart.

Im not talking about the bite the bruises

Im just saying he is the last person seen with her and she vanished HE NEEDS a LAWYER.
He was there.

Listen, there are lawyers & then there are LAWYERS.
For instance, if I'm closing on my house & it's a simple deal, I hire a real estate lawyer that's local & charges reasonable rates.
I wouldn't go hiring some expensive lawsuit-type of attorney or a real estate attorney that specializes in litigation! For what?
No one would.
The fact that he EA has retained an expensive, high-profile death penalty experienced attorney speaks volumes.

It's all common sense.

At least you offered up a different theory of what could have happened. Despite repeated questions other who think EA is innocent in Christina's disappearance haven't.

Of course I don't agree with your theory, just like you don't agree with mine. But thanks for putting something else out there other than "I don't think he did anything."

I think when this is all over there is going to be enuff blame to go around!

Carlton I know that!
The dude needs a lawyer he has one!
Whats next?

Its like trying to find a date or get married, for a date I go with ok cupid for a wife I go with a pro....

No need to be rude and snarky. Everyone doesn't agree with your opinion. Now what's next?

Well, any more searches with dogs? (I know you can't say where.) Any more publicized searches like the one with mostly LE. Speaking of which, I thought it was interesting that search was covered in the media while most of the others are done without the location being revealed. Makes me wonder if someone was sweating over that one.

What if he is a friend of his fathers?
What if he feels the guy is getting railroaded?
what if he thinks EA in serious trouble and this case will get him some publicity?

I know who he is and I honestly don't think he needs publicity help from EA. JMO

I think originally AA thought ea was getting railroaded then realized they had been played for fools. This attorney represents the worst of the worst and they are never found innocent, at least second degree murder... And most should of got death penalty

In the uncut interview EA mentions his brother was questioned by LE. I keep thinking that maybe he is covering for EA! Maybe LE are waiting for an alibi to be discredited?? If EA woke his brother up like he said he did then he should know the actual time he arrived home. If he was at the toll at 4:06 how much more driving time to get to his house?

MOO!!

I've questioned if he was even at home that night/weekend.

I live about a mile from Ea and for me to get to say Custer and 121 it takes about 15 minutes during the day. Don't think I've made the drive at 4am tho. And I go down exchange to my house. Not the freeway.

Fair enough. If I was questioned more than once by the police on something as serious as a missing person I'd have an attorney with me as well. However, if innocent, it would be an attorney I knew/a friend....not a high caliber defense attorney who specializes in death penalty cases. MOO.

I'm thinking along these lines, too. Yes, maybe an attorney, even a criminal one - but this attorney?? Who had connections to refer him, surely they didn't pick him out of the blue?

My guess is 6-10 minutes. But, if there was no car damage when the tollway pic was taken at 4:06, it may have taken MUCH more time....

Does that mean he didn't take the Exchange exit off 121? Interesting.....

You choose a lawyer by the crime that you could or are charged with not with if you are innocent or guilty.

This is very serious.
Everyone and everything is pointing straight at him
If you can get the best u get the best!

That's the way that I go. Lots of lights on Exchange. So not sure if he would go that way or not. I don't care for the 121 to 75 route home myself. I prefer to just straight shot down Exchange. Like I said not at 4 am. I'm about to wake up at that time of morning. :-)

Do any of her friends live out by this exchange area?

I think it's been said that would have been the exit to go to CM's parents house. Maybe JMOM can confirm that would be the exit...
