Sorry, I came in late on the attorney business, read and scroll...oopsie. At any rate, it doesn't look good to tell 100 lies, then get THIS lawyer, and like I said before, why would he tell all these lies to cover up something like a fight, a wreck, drinking/Adderall, or whatever he was supposedly really doing. It's hard to believe he went straight home and went to sleep. There must be something to the brother being interviewed 3 times. Hope they tell us something or make an arrest next week.

Actually I don't think anyone other than EA has actually said anything about anyone being home. And I think he only mentioned waking his brother up, not his parents. But I could have missed something.

If these are friends and she tells them she is leaving and not to say anything They wont!
If no one harmed her there is no crime.
And I have seen women leave their children, husbands their lives to start over.

Its very possible she left on her own

I can't imagine for one minute that EA would take being interrogated and having people picket his house & hire a criminal attorney if she ran away. If all he had to do was prove she ran away, we wouldn't still be talking about this case. IMO something happened to her that night & he knows what is was.
