I would if he was charged with a crime, arrested or guilty.. Not if he is innocent and hasn't been charged or arrested.

Even innocent people who haven't been charged are at risk of manipulation / intimidation by cops if they speak to LE without representation. It is *always* the smarter choice to have legal representation when communication with police is involved.

Huh? The person responsible is searching w family?
You confused me now.

It's not that difficult to understand they don't want someone to figure out where they searched and move her body if they're getting close. Sorry i had to say it but it seems like you're not following.

I think she is referring to other cases (and there are many, even right here on WS) where the perps responsible searched right alongside LE. The most recent case I know of is the Jessica Padgett case. JMO and excuse the post if I misread. :)

I vowed to stay out of the debate on whether EA should have a lawyer, but I whole-heartedly agree with your post. Not only smart, but is one of our rights. Even LE will tell ya that ;)

Right - that was my point earlier. He has been caught in several lies, so why is he believable at all? We here would have no way to know when he was telling the truth or lying. But it seems at times people will quote something he said to be fact or believable. Thats where I get confused lol. (BBM) JMO

Right. I see your point. He lied about several verifiable things so why believe ANYthing he says. Like he says he took one Adderral at noon. Maybe he never took it, maybe he took more. He says he drank 10 shots. Maybe he didn't. He says he woke the brother up, maybe he didn't. Personally I don't believe any of the accounts of the evening -- from any of the people involved. Present or not present. I don't believe the "friends" at the apartment either. None of them.

Idk I just feel like that topic is round and round the mulberry bush.

I feel as though there several topics going around that bush! Not knocking anyone....I'm sure it's all well intended and stems from frustration. We all want Christina home!

Oh I would agree

Listen, there are lawyers & then there are LAWYERS.
For instance, if I'm closing on my house & it's a simple deal, I hire a real estate lawyer that's local & charges reasonable rates.
I wouldn't go hiring some expensive lawsuit-type of attorney or a real estate attorney that specializes in litigation! For what?
No one would.
The fact that he EA has retained an expensive, high-profile death penalty experienced attorney speaks volumes.

It's all common sense.

Moo

BBM. And if you're being suspected in a possible murder / homicide, you get a lawyer that specializes in cases where / if the DP is a possible outcome. I'm not seeing the big deal of why he chose the lawyer he did. I don't see it as much as an indication of guilt as much as I see it an *understanding* of the possible situation he's in.

:tyou::happydance: someone understood what I was trying to say

He hasn't been charged with anything but potentially tampering... so he hires a death penalty trial attorney?

Better to have one & not need it, than to need one & not have it. ;-)

I have watched the uncut interview several times and noticed the only time he shook his head yes while talking was when he stated he went to Allen high school and the year he graduated as 2009. That is about all I believe he was telling the truth about. The rest of the time he would shake his head no when responding to their questions. Now I am not an expert in body language or reading someone to determine whether they are telling the truth or not. I wish I was because I have dealt with a few pathological liars in my lifetime.

Unfortunately his lies or why he told them do not bring anyone closer to finding out what happened to Christina and where she could be.

I only wish we could see uncut filmed interviews of all of her friends. That could be really interesting and informative.

I always have legal representation when I go to traffic court after the getting caught running a red light by those pesky traffic cameras :noooo::busted:

Granted the legal representation is a relative, but its the principle . Red light camera's boooooo !!

Don't you think someone has eyes on EA?
I hope so. Especially now with a PI they can set up surveillance, stake outs, follow him. All that interesting stuff according to their website! I hope he is really feeling the heat and the walls closing in on him.

What stood out to me in EA statement on TV last night is he said He did not do "IT". What is IT and does he know what IT is?

Especially since they're not there to "ensure the public safety" - they're there to generate revenue. (ᗒᗩᗕ)՞

I am beginning to think that the "friends" were told to keep quiet by LE. It has been 3 months. Young people do have a tendency to talk. Especially when out drinking or what not. It seems unreasonable to me that with 5-10 people present that night...not one has blabbed to a friend. Unless...they were warned by LE. JMO.

I personally don't just go off that bite mark though. My theory actually is more plausible without it.

About this 'bite mark'.....how fresh was it? Could it have been done a previous night during an amorous encounter or was it like a deep arm bite?

/ sorry if I'm being repetitious...just found out about the case today & am still playing catch-up. :-)
