I'm with you - no experience with drugs, but I think you are right on target about dealers not using. JMO

I disagree when it comes to the party scene. Smart dealers are not users. This guy isn't that smart, didn't he just get out of jail?

Yes I understand that but I didn't see where it said at large and my other post says in the article I have Jade was arrested wth HF

Perhaps someone can enlighten me with a link about them being "at large" since I don't have it?
I think the confusion is arrested and in custody are one in the same. If they arrest you then you are in their custody. The ones they have not arrested yet are still at large. Which is just another term for not in custody.

Twelve of the 15 defendants charged federally were arrested at various locations in North Texas, including at and near the club, which is known as Eternal Eden Afterhours, located at the Jaguars Club on Reeder Road. Firearms and drugs were seized during the arrests.

Defendants indicted are listed below; those marked with an “*” are in custody:

Hunter gave LE his phone to go through. I really think he must have a second phone. I find it unlikely that a big time drug dealer hands his phone over to LE without having just a few things to delete first.

So who do you believe to be "at large"?

If you are arrested, then let go or bailed out you're not in custody.

Are not in custody..
If you read the article it says Jade was arrested with HF but she isn't in custody.

This was Sunday too.
There are a couple other people without a ** sign as well who were arrested but don't reflect being in custody.

He also supposedly offered to take a lie detector. I wonder if he actually took it

For sure. We said this from the beginning... Waaaay back. Part of the whole discussion about the confusion about her phone. That brought up a bunch of questions.

Can you please point out where it says she was arrested but not in custody? I see it says they were CHARGED. That is not an arrest but they have an arrest warrant based on said charges.

That is in a perfect world. Sadly, ( but to the benefit of wisdom and experience ) I am familiar with this. Very few dealers do NOT use. The smarter ones are in it to make money but a bigger majority of them are in it to feed their own habit for free and/ or profit from it.
I do think this explains the bit about HF not reacting too strongly to her not coming home that night . ( or more )

If they were under surveillance from at least August 1, wouldn't under-cover operatives have been privy to conversations about Christina, both before and after her disappearance? And even if the 'before' was limited, surely there would be someone embedded who tried to generate a conversation w/ H and the crew in the aftermath.

Maybe LE knows more than we've imagined.

If the family was under the impression that H was cooperative and supportive, LE would probably need that to remain in place, especially if there was a chance she is/was alive.

For all of you who have followed so much closer than me, please help me out here. I thought HF was in Ft Worth at the time . Has that ever been verified for sure? Seems Kaufman is a long way for him to be doing his ' work' and be in FW much at all.

Does he have previous , smaller drug arrests? He totally looks like a user in his mug shot, js.

I know a few of you wanted to hear from me last night. I just needed a break honestly.

About this HF situation, I will just say that I am heartbroken. It is not very comforting to say the least. I feel duped. I do not know if this has anything to do with Christina's disappearance at all. I just found out about it like everyone else. Maybe an hour before, and just sat here trying to process all the things running through my head.

Our main concern is Christina. Everyone else will have to deal with their own mess. Our concern is still finding Christina. We will not stop until she is home where she belongs. LE can deal with whoever and whatever else may or may not be involved.

Will show who is in custody ..actually I think there is a mistake on one that shows to be in custody and one that shows at large is actually in custody

I think it's successful dealers that don't use. Lots of small time dealer/users out there.

Unless the mods give the ok ... I can not answer that per tos ... and just will say "no comment".

Ahh okay thank you - learn something new here every day. I guess that is a myth. It would explain him not caring if Christina got home safely because no telling what shape he was in at the time. JMO

You know, I did notice that a lot of HF's skateboarding pics are in downtown Dallas. Maybe (definitely) some people get out more than me, but as a person living in Dallas, I only venture out to Ft. Worth on occasion. One of the articles about the drug bust also said that HF was arrested in Addison. He did seem to spend a lot of time on the other side of the metroplex.

It truly is tragic and has been my biggest fear: that the family was being duped by HF. The concern really is still with finding Christina, and I hope those close to her know that we all feel that way, too. Focusing on this latest development is not putting attention elsewhere, in my opinion, because I have felt from the beginning that this was the root of her disappearance. I think the rest of the pieces of the puzzle will fall into place -- hopefully soon.
I feel so bad for her family. I know they want to find her and have some peace.
