Ok so this tells us what?
EA did NOT have a dead body in his car.

So where did he take her?
HOME?
We don't know this as factual

There are other types of evidence besides blood evidence that LE could have used to make the aggravated kidnapping arrest.

You followed Heather Elvis, right? Interesting because in both cases no crime scene, both went missing near there cars, both cases LE believed the missing person left in the perps car, both cases perp(s were charged with kidnapping. In HE they were also charged with murder AND no body. Here no murder AND no body and they have stated they have no evidence to believe she is not alive. They didn't say that after they arrested the perps in Heathers case. To ME I find that telling, but confusing because of their areas of searching.

If they had evidence of murder, they could file it, and/or they wouldn't make the above statement. Of course it is always better to have a body, but I really don't believe they know what happened, meaning if she is alive or not. In many cases they know, but can't prove it.

Yes it sure is confusing but with Heather Elvis I think they found something that led to LE to know she had died. I Believe they have evidence but no body!

Here there is no evidence of death.
She did not die in his car or he would be charged with murder.

What if Christina did NOT want to go home to HF.
Is it at all possible HF contacted EA to get her and bring her home.

I still think someone else is involved here.
EA subdued her and she fought him but where did he take her?

If someone else is involved he will talk!
If he did this on his own he will remain silent!
All JMO

And I believe PPD stated DNA not only factor.

Well if she died in his car forensics would tell that.
He would not be charged with Ag. Kidnapping!
It would be Murder or suspicion of

Didn't PD say they have no reason to believe she is not alive?

True. And they could have DNA evidence, but not blood evidence.

Her hair could be in the car.
A broken fingernail.
A fiber from her clothing.
skin cells.
makeup smear or stain.

AGAIN we do not know what LE knows. They will protect certain parts especially if they are trying to tie someone else to it. We can only guess there was not a dead body in his car but don't know that for sure is all I'm saying. It's not fact that we know of YET. I certainly hope not!

True. With a hair, a forensics lab can ascertain if she was alive. IMO This may be the reason LE stated that they have no reason to believe she is NOT alive. Also, the body sceretes certain fluids post mortem. I do not believe they found anything pointing to Christina's not being alive.

IF and it's a big IF they did find blood it may have been a small amount meaning not enough to prove death. I think he took her somewhere myself. ....

Moorer's haven't been convicted in the HE case. As in that case, it's likely that whatever attorney EA/family hires will file a Brady v. Maryland disclosure motion to compel prosecutors to release evidence to him/her.

So little is known now, aggravated kidnapping seems a high hurdle to clear legally. When you look at the statute, the only thing that makes sense is if she was taken against her will during another crime. Although, neither Plano PD nor prosecutor has said any other crime has been committed. That would likely be divulged in the Brady disclosures.

It could be that - and, I know this sounds sinister and old school/movie-like, but Collin County/Plano PD have jumped the gun before (Michael Blair/Ashley Estell) - the police might suspect that the Arochis have no money to hire a really good defense attorney, so that have come up with a higher degree of charge than they know they can prove in order to scare EA into telling them where she is.

After weeks of reading this website, I'm of the opinion that the conversation/texts between EA and the current boyfriend are the key to the case. They are all from Allen. All knew each other. The current boyfriend and ex both have prior drug charges beyond your normal possession of marijuana. Even though EA had no priors until the phone theft and the arrest Saturday, it could just be that he wasn't a dealer, just a user of whatever it is the whole group was into using.

To me, bird of a feather do tend to flock together. These birds were all nesting at one time or another in the same area, and at times with one another. My bet is that EA was told to take her somewhere/drop her off and he did so. After that, it could very well be that he doesn't know what happened to her, but has been told to keep quiet. This is where I think the stolen phone fits in. It'd be interesting to see who was called/texted with that particular phone.

My guess is EA's reluctance to say more has to do with his immigration status (and, so, likely his parents' as well) and/or threats from drug dealers higher up the line than the current boyfriend.

Either way, I hope they find CM soon so that they can see whose DNA is on her and wrap this thing up. At minimum, EA looks to be serving time for whatever obstructions he has created - either out of fear of deportation, fear of drug dealers, or otherwise - then, he will be deported.

EA's attorneys, if there are others actors he has been protecting, could also attempt an Alford plea. He'd still be deported. But, who know? Does anyone know how long the family has been in America? It's likely that they probably still have enough family ties in Mexico to go back there if necessary.

Alright time for me to take a break
:treadmill:

Better luck later!

I just can't. Are we really dissecting a statement made by someone who is in the middle of an emotional turmoil that thankfully, few of us will ever have to experience? There seems to be more outrage over statements made by VIs than over the fact that Christina is missing...or that some people have the nerve to rip down a missing poster. That kind of action takes a really special person, I don't care what their reasons are for ripping them down. I think I'll join you for a little while, gigglingtoes :/

And before anyone dissects and misinterprets my post, I don't think VIs should have free reign to say what they want or remain totally unchallenged, but the nitpicking...

Channel 5 and 8 also. They just showed Enrique's vehicle on the flatbed and the damage is fixed it appears. I think I remember someone asking that. So then LE probably have all of those details from where it was repaired and maybe event the old parts that were removed? I hope they do. I saw it being taken away Saturday but of course I was on the drivers side once again. But it will show it on channel 5 link I think when that is posted.

That's what crossed my mind with the "depression"

That's one way to look at it. But, a sane person would certainly be depressed upon being arrested for a serious crime. An insane person, may or may not be depressed over the event so I don't think his depression will be helpful towards an insanity plea.

Thank You. I was just thinking out loud. You are correct. And I hope no one ever has to experience this. Christina is not my own child but I love her and I love jonni and the family, we are really all like a family. We spend sometimes more time with each other than we do our real families. It is a group effort to bring her home. It was not my intent to offended anyone or cats. It was how I was feeling about that particular situation. IMO it is disturbing that someone would make a point to do that. That's all.

I hope this doesn't go the insanity route. Just more of a punch in the gut if it does. I feel Like we've been through enough. He is pretty good at manipulation though and lying so I wouldn't put anything past him or his defense team. JMO

I just said I didn't care if he's depressed or suicidal. Certainly I don't want him to kill himself. I want him to sit in there and suffer like I am sure Christina suffered when he kidnapped her. I just want him to flap his gums and tell us where Christina

I never said you didn't care JMOM. Was not my intention.
I just said LE needs to be concerned or they may never find her if he ends his own life.
