Here's what I found:

"Paul Johnson, Arochi’s attorney, declined to talk about McElroy’s offer Saturday afternoon.

He also declined to comment on the arrest, saying he was waiting for copies of the arrest report and search warrant.

“We’re just processing what we’ve got now and waiting for an opportunity to review the evidence that formed the basis of the charge,” Johnson said."

NBC 5 originally reported police said the DNA evidence found in Enrique Arochi's car matched Christina Morris. Plano police reached out to NBC 5 Monday night to say they had not confirmed that the DNA matched Morris. We regret the error."

I believe it was stating they could get the car from their home, the first warrant did not include a search on their home. Last Saturday was the first time the home has/had been searched. Hence IMO why they were there for 13 hours.

Would there be a second SEARCH warrant and an ARREST warrant? Because they took his car for a 4th time and they took evidence from his home. I thought that is what would be sealed for 30 days.

The first SEARCH warrant laid out the search warrant for the 3rd search on the Camaro when they kept it 11 days. It talked about EA's false statements to LE that interfered with their investigation.

ETA: The first SEARCH warrant also included his parents' home.

Ah yes! So I see. Pain meds from back surgery are making it impossible to keep up with this case.

Respectfully, I don't think whether the DNA has been confirmed as Christina's or not by LE negates PJ's quote from the article.

Fake drugs, fake purses, fake money, fake clothing business - this theme keeps popping up. IMO this case is complicated or I've watched too much TV.

Fake money? I guess I missed that one.

I have read this several times - DNA matched, No that's not confirmed. What could they have to charge AK? I thought they first had to prove that she was in his car - but what do I know? I'm learning something here every day. Could they just be going by his injuries, car damage, co-workers statements? That doesn't seem like enough. Please make more arrests today!!

It's definitely not a made for TV Lifetime movie. I can't tell what's real any more.

I think right now its really the obstruction by his false statements. I think more arrests need to happen too and soon. I think it bought them 30 days.

In re: the DNA....it makes me think that information wasn't supposed to get out?

I could easily be wrong, but to me it sounds like LE didn't want that information circulated. JMO

Don't want to say this, but if they don't have a dna match but enough to arrest ea they probably have identified some type of "bodily fluid" to prove death. If anyone here followed the disappearance of Sierra Lamar you know what I am talking about. They haven't charged him with murder. That makes me believe they know others are involved.

If that is the case it does not matter what super defense attorney you have. He will go down! Yes I have changed my view somewhat. I still think ummmmm other people were involved. If he doesn't know where she is now, he still better start talking.
Maybe he has started talking.
could be why CSI has his car.

Yep... Like the Grand Jury that didn't happen right before EAs arrest... And the malfunctioning cameras that were actually working...

There are just so many things about the DNA..... where exactly it was located...for one thing. Where it originated....saliva, blood, hair follicle, etc....
Did Christina intentionally leave her own DNA in his car? Was the DNA just transfer left in the car from Christina?

I see a lot about the DNA, and why they don't want to release the details. IMO, they may be trying to get a confession, and they may be trying to spare Christina's family(although I'm sure they have already gone through every possible scenario in their minds.....bless them :heartluv: ). Another reason that is JMO, may be that they don't want the actual legal case tried in the media....as we have seen be the case with several other significant trials.

ALL JMO

DNA or no DNA, PPD knows CM was in that car. They obviously have enough to warrant the arrest affidavit which was signed by a judge. Bail was set at $1 million, which means they have a pretty good amount of evidence EA had a lot to do with CM's disappearance. I don't believe law enforcement hands down those sort of charges loosely. IMO - they feel they are close to finding CM...at least within 30 days. OR they were starting to feel like EA was thinking about running and wanted to get him locked up for a bit while they nail down the case a little better. All JMO.
