Here's what I found:
"Paul Johnson, Arochis attorney, declined to talk about McElroys offer Saturday afternoon.
He also declined to comment on the arrest, saying he was waiting for copies of the arrest report and search warrant.
Were just processing what weve got now and waiting for an opportunity to review the evidence that formed the basis of the charge, Johnson said."

That article is outdated, December 13, 2014.
NBC 5 article was updated on the December 15th to reflect this information:
"Monday, Dec 15, 2014 Updated at 8:47 PM CST
NBC 5 originally reported police said the DNA evidence found in Enrique Arochi's car matched Christina Morris. Plano police reached out to NBC 5 Monday night to say they had not confirmed that the DNA matched Morris. We regret the error."
