Is anyone else having problems with their computer?

Has the way EA was parked been mentioned? Did he pull in or back into the parking space at Legacy?
What if, while backing out, he ran Christina down?
I can't picture the exact layout of the garage but is there a possibility he'd have to adjust the car for any reason?
If he was half in the bag and Christina didn't enter her car immediately (last text to HF to leave the door unlocked), maybe she was standing outside her car while he was backing out and turning at the same time. If he did this forcefully, he could have hit that pole (what if CM was standing against it sending the text?).
Then he swooped her up and placed her in the trunk and continued out of the garage.
I know this or similar ideas have been discussed before. This would take the least amount of time though if DNA evidence of CM's was found nearby too. Otherwise, how was she injured so quickly near the pole, etc.

I've seen video of an abductor swooping a woman up and putting her in the trunk of the car. It only takes ten seconds or less. Or, maybe, he abducted her (without hitting her with the car) and, for some reason, nobody heard her screaming. You'd think she would. Watching ID I've seen cases where this has happened. The perp gets away with the person, drives to an isolated spot and does what they planned on doing.

Where were the two security guards at that time? We have asked several times about the other two cars leaving around the same time and were told it was the security guards. They heard nothing/saw nothing? JMO

The keys are a bone of contention again because now her mom is saying they were lost "twice" and found the last time at the apartment after Christina went missing (according to an interview night before last I think?). I am still unclear on the keys.

Myself! I thought one of the VIs said the keys were found later in the apartment. So would that have been after 2:30 am (?) when she sent the text with the picture of the keys? :deadhorse:

It is apparent that CM was very much connected in having high quality pieces of a variety of the iconic fashion world.

THIS makes lots of sense to me. Maybe she finds the missing key a 2nd time and they head back towards SOL...Then she discovers is was him? That phone ping is her trying to boot up her phone and...that's where things get ugly - he damages his car, she ends up in the trunk.

I totally agree about the Legacy route being a slip up about his 2nd trip, said the very same thing.

(BBM) I'm gonna bounce off of this post. What he said about his route was true in an evasive sort of way? but just not in answer to the question LE was asking him and certainly what EA knew they wanted to know; however there was some truth in what he said. SO with that in mind, when he told LE he parked in a different garage, could there be some truth in that as well? Maybe when he returned he did park in that other garage? IDK - just seeing if anything will make sense.

Some guys just don't get it. (No offense to men in general) Then there's the ones that do get it but don't accept it..IMO
Also this is talking about a different girl at the party. He was angry/ego hurt one minute then alone with another girl the next.

I don't get it...what happened to his girlfriend? If he really had one the. Why was he making sexual advances on anyone?

I think it was EA!
he got nervous and came back see if he left anything.


Remember LE was saying the pics were grainy and they couldn't identify the cars.
They knew exactly who it was.

I remember also them saying couldn't identify the vehicles Coming and going! So to me that was EA.

More purse talk (sorry). Christian Louboutin makes shoes & purses (and probably lots of other stuff I can't afford). The black clutch purse with a bow on it in the instagram picture is Christian Louboutin. They have a red interior (rather than the red soles)

ETA the term red bottoms is in rap songs all over the place so I think that's more what the hashtag refers to, since the picture is of a purse (IMO)

I'm not ruling out any trickery by PPD. I keep thinking about the affidavits and how some of the details they used or details they omitted could be their way of calling someone out / making someone sweat about what PPD already knows.

recently purchased FJ Cruiser depending on year model-$15k - $31k (if this was a cash deal or who financed if no regular income)
regular daily living expenses
seemingly had free time

I thought the same thing about the spots and saving them at that time of night. Shops is busy then. But then when I went to do press with Jonni at the garage I notice that the valet area is super close to where everyone was parked and they have those little cones to block off valet spots. I wonder if someone put those in the spots maybe? I am not sure I haven't asked how but it was just an idea.

So here is my question: How do you save four parking spots right next to each other a the Shops on a Friday night at 11:30ish?? That seems weird. Does the first person jump out of their car and then stand in the other three spots? It is a little odd that there were four spots right next to each other to begin with. The Shops are pretty busy at that time of night. I guess we can figure that the four drivers at that time were CM, EA, SN, and SB since we know that Christina's car and Arochi's car were still there, SB drover her car to Whataburger, and we have to guess that SN drove Christina either to Whataburger or at least to PP's apartment.
I am curious about the other people from the party before the bar hopping. Weren't there 8-10 to start with? Where did they park? Were they not part of this caravan that went to the bars?
Is it still correct that they went to Henry's first (around 11:30ish) then went to Scruffy Duffies (around 12:30ish)? The others should ahve parked nearby as well, right?
