That is correct ...
Whataburger trip has been around for a good 3 months now
It was Jonni that said this on Sept.17th
-Christina was with 4-5 of her friends the night of the disappearance. They all parked close to each other but Christina rode with them after leaving the bar to get something to eat before returning to her girlfriend’s apartment in the Shops.

But warrant doesn't have her listed on the Whatburger trip.

So for the people who think she was in the trunk right after seen on camera walking into thr garage...what would the motive be? Certainly not rage from a denied sexual advance?

Good post, volcarm, and it got me thinking, we have to remember IIRC the walk from the apartment to the parking garage was approximately 20 minutes. I wonder what took place during that walk that may be helpful??

Or he made a rash decision to return to the shops thinking he could say: yes I took her to get a spare/key and I brought her back to her car. Then after some sleep he thought it didn't sound like something that would be believed so he decided on deny deny deny and clean clean clean.

I would love to know the details of the conversation with SN as to why she refused the offer of a ride home from him and decided to go with EA instead.

One last thing right now in my head: EA said something like I have a friend who recently moved into the SOL that's why I know of the parking garage by martini bar. Was he speaking of PP or someone else? Could that be why he returned to SOL- friend helped? MOO and IDK- just talking it out.

BBM

I asked Jmom about this right after Paula the PI came to help.. I strongly suggested that if she had a direct open line with her to get this checked out ASAP.. I want to find out 1st -if this is a fact or 2nd - yet another lie and cover.
JMOM came back and said consider it done.
I hope Paula has been able to get to the bottom of this info.

EA claimed she was talking loudly on the phone/was upset (how true this is? who knows?). But, let's assume that basic part of that is true - she was on the phone during the walk. Essentially, ignoring him maybe? Maybe on purpose? She was not only calling her boyfriend, but then SN as well. It's like she was looking for something to do so as to not HAVE to interact.

Adding insult to injury after he was rebuffed by SB? If he already has some warped sense of how social relationships work, he could take it to be that she is being snobbish - maybe taking him back to highschool cliques? I think I read somewhere that he bounced around and didn't have a steady group of friends.

It's total speculation of course.

Yes, that is correct. But this is the info direct from Jonni back on Sept 17th, shortly there after someone close to the search teams and friend of friend came on and posted the place was Whataburger and that is how we knew back then and is now verified over the course of the search for CM.

SuzyJ my fault I see the issue let me try this againView attachment 66028

Wait! Why would it be filed under civil? Isn't AK a criminal charge? That seems really odd. I have no doubt his lawyer filed it but I'm having a hard time with it being civil. Then again, I looked at his lawyers website and he has his illustration posted upside down. doesnt seem like he is paying attention to detail. Lol

So they could be tested for blood, feces, etc? I hope that is happening.

I sure hope so!

And now that they have a felony aggravated kidnapping charge - maybe the testing will get higher priority and faster turnaround time!

I don't think anyone's saying he went back to SOL itself for sure. Just *near SOL* based on the pings at 4:47 & 4:56. I think we're just theorizing why he went back to that area. To dump CM's stuff nearby to keep attention there? To recheck the garage for cleanup or dropped items? ETC

The unknown male DNA could be EA himself. They didn't have his DNA prior to his arrest.

And I agree - a dump search may be wise.

I wouldn't rule out LE might have taken swabs from EA to get a DNA profile during the first interviews.

What if we keep some of our original theories?

What if CM DID willingly get in his car for one reason or another? Drugs? Trip to MM's to get her spare key? etc. I think it fits with the passenger seatbelt, and the time frames for exiting/custer gantry.

Maybe he gets suggestive? Maybe she says oh nevermind I don't want to wake MM I'll stay? Any number of things happen and he turns around to return at SOL.

But then he stops at Granite Park and gets hands-y. Maybe she jumps out of the car, a struggle happens, and she ends up in the trunk.

He's freaking out? Phones are pinging, etc.

What time frame would that leave between Granite Park and his home? Where could he go in that time? I do tend to think that he may have taken the Legacy route home. I think he may have slipped in front of police -- he DID take legacy, he just didn't do it the FIRST time, which is what they were asking about. ;)

THIS makes lots of sense to me. Maybe she finds the missing key a 2nd time and they head back towards SOL...Then she discovers is was him? That phone ping is her trying to boot up her phone and...that's where things get ugly - he damages his car, she ends up in the trunk.

I totally agree about the Legacy route being a slip up about his 2nd trip, said the very same thing. :)

If EA did have access to another vehicle, I wonder what type of vehicle? A 4x4 or truck of any type can go places a camaro can't or shouldn't. Also I thought he did turn his phone off for some time? Is there a time when his phone wasn't pinging but Christina's did?

I was just there and I can say IMO there was not a big turnout and I wish more people would help!

82 people rsvp'd on the website, and of those we had about 45 show up I believe. It's sad more didn't show up, but we did just fine!

But can they put in their warrant they have reason to believe she left in the trunk if they know she probably didn't? This is where I can't go forward with my thoughts. And can they say they believe sexual motive while they know it's something else? Its so confusing and misleading from the first time Tilley said "he goes this way, she goes that way and we don't know what happened" (not exact quote) IMO

If he bought a new mattress, he would have ttto dispose of the other one and that would have been obvious sinnce they were checking his trash.

No, when the mattress is delivered, the company hauls away the old one for you. If it's too nasty (from kids pee or something) then you put it into a zip-up mattress bag like movers use, if you want to be considerate to the mattress delivery guys.

Except the text with the key picture was sent approx. 2:30 a.m.
If Christina wanted to leave earlier, why would she wait another hour until doing so?
Just asking for a reason for the new info to make sense (to include the claim CM desired to leave earlier than even 2:30 a.m.).

To be sober enough to drive, I'd assume.

To be honest, I doubt if anything is really wiped out forever. SIM cards, the "cloud" (even carriers have their own so Sprint may have their own version of a proprietary "cloud").....it may be retrievable??

Perhaps???

Moo

You'd think. The warrant clearly states it was permanently wiped from the phone, but could be on the computer used to do it. So hopefully LE gets it!
