About this Alleged Human Bite...
Questions to ponder and ask the defendant
Was it a direct or indirect "human bite" ?
Indirect would be body contact with mouth /tooth is considered Human bite- example punch in the mouth where knuckles hit tooth is considered "human bite" -even if it is a punch
Was the skin broken or unbroken?
Was there a full set of teeth marks or partial?
Did the defendant get medical attention in the days following the incident?
Human bites direct or indirect can cause infection if not treated properly.
Was the defendant currant on his vaccinations?
Reason being:
The two of highest concern are Hepatitis B and the tetanus shot. Though not occurring with every bite, Hepatitis and tetanus are possibilities, especially with infected bites.
Consider testing for HIV. Transmission of HIV during a bite incident is not likely but it can happen. If the biter is unknown, testing for HIV can provide peace of mind for the person who was bitten.
You're right! According to affidavit they went to his home looking for him to question him and he was at work. This was before the arrest for the cell phone. So IMO if your son, even though he is an adult, is gone for a week wouldnt you start worrying if you did not know where he was? Report him missing? Call the jails to see if he was arrested? EA couldnt have known he was going to be arrested to come up with a lie to tell them to explain him being gone for a week. That's true. It's just fishy to me that they wouldn't start to wonder about that when their son, who has been repeatedly questioned by police, doesn't come home for a week. It's kinda like HF not reporting Christina missing for 4 days. It's not normal (jmo)
Which is also around the time the actual "note" was found in the trash. Interesting to me as well. Did no one at all have contact with him when he was in jail? I'm wondering if it was a make sure this is taken care of note..
I think his brother was home when this went down. Jmo.
I may be missing something, but I'm not convinced CM is anywhere near the route that LE detailed through the cell phone pings. I think its entirely possible EA took CM to his home, and didn't hide her until sometime before he got gas at Kroger. He could have gone the opposite direction of SOL and found a desolate property/dumpster that wouldn't have any traffic on an early Saturday morning. I think the search area is much larger. However, LE is continuing their search in certain areas. I wonder if they have other cell pings they haven't mentioned?

Don't be silly darling. We all know he did not seek medical attention :rolling:

Of course not then... but what if now there was reason for him to panic and freak out thinking that he needs to be tested for something that he claims he has no knowledge of or did not take part in.
Me thinking outside the box only to see if it may produce a more rapid result
No Disrespect to Christina at all ... (let me preface this)
But we all know LE lies and bends the facts at critical and pivotal time frames
(just as parents sometimes do in order to get them to admit things they normally would not-cut the BS time out )
This may be something to get him convinced he needs to be checked for STD/HIV/Hepatitis and so on if he was told this to be a fact- hey if he starts demanding full cavity check up and testing ..ya know why..then perhaps he will have to tell what kind of contact he had.. no denying that
Dude would probably rather be free with aids or whatever disease he could "catch" from his bite than ever come clean about its origin or admit it was a bite or any other sick thing he may have done to her that could transfer fluids. Jmo
All there is no indication EA bought a new tire. Also, you cannot rotate tires with a car jack. You would have to lift the car into the air substantially higher than a jack. Also, tires are a different size on this camero in the front than in the back. Therefore there was no rotating going on, he could only move a tire from one side to the other, and he could use a jack. This would take so long to do, it does not makes sense. Also, his tires would need to be balanced. IMO, he did not perform any of these functions. He was injured when attacking CM.
I have rotated tires in my driveway many times. I do not elevate the tire more than an inch off the ground. This makes it easier to sit indian style match the wheel up to the bolt pattern when putting it back on. It does not take long. I use a floorjack and a jackstand. You could use the car jack and block if you wanted to.
Yes, I think any diseases he could pick up from a bite mark are the least of his worries right now. Obviously, the thought of possibly catching a disease would be scary, but yeah, that's how bad things are looking for him right now.
